McDonald's — Restaurant in Rancho Cordova

I feel safe my friends tried to talk me out of going there by saying someone was kidnapped in the parking lot. I heard about it but who knows what really happened. I moved here from Menlo Park , I'm a widow and I have to give myself a break sometimes ..right now with the covet I'm shut in .when Thunder Valley open I knew I was safe there ..and when I came in and saw the distancing.. I felt a little better ..my plans were to come through get what they put on my Gmail a gift and come back out.. each time I spent money.. I didn't have to spend because I was not working... I'm so comfortable there and I feel safe.. one day I had my mind on something ..I didn't cash out the machine or didn't finish playing or something.. and the security came and found me in the casino and told me that I didn't complete my games properly, on the machine I had slot play plus,a lot on my mind ..but I thought that was rare that they track you down in the casino, to let you know ..that was very helpful that's another reason why I trust...

Poor poor poor management. If I could give this place a zero I would. I'm so upset that it's been 5 months and my issue has still not been resolved. I would go into more detail about my experience but I have already done it a hundred times. It was just a simple issue that could have been fixed in an hour. I've never complained about a food place before but this location has pegged me as a liar and I'm not okay with that, and that's very unprofessional. They even said they gave my refund to somebody else and that they can't do anything about it. After repeatedly telling me I could not go into that location and get it. And yet they gave it to somebody else. I'm beyond Furious. Think about going to a different McDonald's because they don't care about you. I don't expect much from McDonald's but I did at least expect respect!

Update: I'm very happy with how things turned out the owner of the place called me personally and was able to fix all of it, I'm very grateful! Thank you for making me feel...

Pulled up at 11:57pm at the drive through was told quickly that it was closed through the intercom. I asked if they closed at 11:57 and didn't get an answer. A car pulled in behind me so I couldn't back out of the drive through. So I just pulled forward and there was 2 cars in front of me. The first car got their order pretty fast and the second car that I was right behind pulled up. Then I waited forever while that guy was getting his order. While this was going on there are 2 other cars behind me. So I finally get tired of waiting a call the store on my phone and tell them can they get this guy his food so I can leave, I don't even have an order because you said you were closed. Then immediately the guy got his order and I couldn't leave. As I'm pulling our and leaving the lot I see them giving out orders to people that was behind me. So I have no idea why they said they were closed when they close at midnight and I have no idea why other people behind me was...
