I'll get straight to why we all ever go to any Albertos.
Compared to other Albertos the fries in the carne asada fries were way too soggy, especially for using thin fries. Even the ones that weren't coated in the toppings were soggy. The flavor was good. However, they use way fewer toppings than other locations. Skimped heavily on the meat. The salsa bar is great since you get to pour your own salsa and get as much of it as you want.
It's carne asada fries from Albertos, so you're still gonna enjoy them cause they can't be horrible. However, out of the many locations I've tried, this is my least enjoyable Albertos experience so far.
TL;DR Soggy fries no good. Edible, but go to other Albertos...

Read moreWe came during what appears to be a slow part of the day for the "Food Hall" and my wife and I decided to eat here and damn I'm glad we did. The burrito was fat, full of flavor and very delicious. The Quesabirria is the plate my wife chose and my wife loved every single bite. The service by the staff was also excellent. The guy with tattoos on both arms was very fantastic and highly professional towards us. (Didn't get his name sorry)
