The Cheesecake Factory — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

Truthfully, we never really enjoyed The Cheesecake Factory. The wait was always so long and the food was mediocre and never made properly. We came here because it is our 25th wedding anniversary and my friend Karen kept telling me to use the gift cards she sends me every year. She was tired of the email reminders from the restaurant

Seriously, we are so happy that we came to this one at Victoria Gardens! EJ was our service professional and she was phenomenal! She was extremely thorough, thoughtful and extremely welcoming!

It was a lil sad that her other teammates were not so friendly.

The wait was only 15 minutes too!

The food was actually pretty good and came out hot at this location. We were used to getting lukewarm and bland dishes at the other locations.

KW Pink Lemonade - I do not drink alcohol very often. Actually, only on very rare occasions. I took a sip of my husband's drink and I have to say, it was extremely yummy. It tasted like lemonade punch with a little bit of a kick. This was definitely a must try! Warm Crab Dip - This is definitely a dish that I would highly recommend! My husband and I couldn't get enough of it! We had to order a second one to go. It was filled with seafood and it was not too cheesy. Some places uses cream cheese and just kills the rest of the flavor. It was served with a garlic butter crostini which gave it that perfect little kick. It was so dreamy!

Ribeye - tasty and cooked at the REAL medium rare. Great temp!

Bistro Shrimp Pasta was amazeballs! Great flavor. Noodles were cooked perfectly and the shrimp had a nice fried crust and were engulfed with yummy sauce. The basil and other seasonings blended well and were not overpowered by the basil like the other locations.

Clam chowder there's another dish that I would highly recommend. It was creamy and filled with seafood. It wasn't filled with a whole bunch of potatoes like other places. It had that seafoody flavor and it was not too creamy. Really loved it with the sourdough baguette piece.

The other dishes that we ordered were okay. The calamari was crispy and good, but I think we receive more batter than we did calamari. The dipping sauces were really yummy though.

Came to The Cheesecake Factory for the first time and I don’t understand how this place still exists, I guess most of us settle for over priced cuisines and Mediocre, desserts.. It’s ironic because I was craving a slice of cheesecake one week prior to even knowing I was going to eat here, so I picked one up for my local grocery store Vons and It was everything I was looking for, rich, creamy & more importantly delicious! Anyway I came here to TCF with a part of 15, and of course it was going to be a wait which I was fine with. After waiting over an hour my kids were starting to get a bit restless, so I simply went up to us the house if I can have a slice of bread while we waited to help my son settle his stomach while we waited, and they simply look confused and said no! After waiting I bit more we finally got a table outside and the waitress we had was awesome, she handled our party no problem. She was great with taking our drink orders and got everyone’s food order spot on. Good attitude and great attention to listening. At the end of the day if you’re looking for something delicious to eat and you want to get bang for your buck, this is not the place. The food is just a bit fancier than an Olive Garden and the dessert that is supposed to be the extraction was below average in my opinion. Everyone got a something different and I tried a bit from everyone’s cheesecakes and they did not hit the spot. It was just a bunch of cream, sugar and cold texture hitting the pallet, the cheesecake I got from Vons was seriously is 10 times better ! Btw a cheese cake here is about $75!! NTY It’s hard to To rate the restaurant on the stars because our waitress was awesome, But the house weren’t helpful. Will not be returning, there are so many restaurants out there you could not drop the ball on service, and the host are the first person you see, and you encounter and in this case aren’t helpful. That’s the first impression you get on a place and left a bad taste in my mouth. Hypothetically, if we got sat down immediately, and the waitress is awesome, I will still have the same opinion about the food and cheesecake, and was I tried it, but will not...

This is the restaurant with the worst attitude of the staff and the manager! I am a delivery man, and the restaurant never lets the delivery man enter the restaurant. He can only wait outside the restaurant, whether facing the scorching sun or the heavy rain. I can't find a second restaurant with this rule. They treat the delivery man as an inferior. Every time they pick up the food, the restaurant will make the delivery man wait for a long time. Once, I went to the restaurant to pick up the food, and I didn't see the staff after waiting for 5 minutes. At this time, doordash pushed me an order from another restaurant next door, so I went to pick up another order first. When I returned to this restaurant, a female clerk yelled at me. I told her that I had just been here, but there was no clerk here. If you don't believe it, you can go to the surveillance video. After I left, this clerk actually put me on the blacklist. When I found out, I found the manager, a man in a shirt. I narrated what happened, but he was indifferent. He doesn't have the ability to distinguish right from wrong, and he is not willing to spend a minute of energy on my affairs. He has no feelings. I think the manager and staff of this restaurant are the worst I have ever encountered in the world. If this manager and staff continue to work here, I will never set foot in this restaurant to eat..

I deliver food every day in Rancho Cucamonga. Other restaurants in the city treat their drivers very nicely. Some restaurants give their drivers soda, some give their drivers dessert, and some reserve special parking spots for their drivers. But this restaurant only yells at its drivers. I have been yelled at many times by the staff for parking in the pickup spots. The staff said that the pickup spots are for customers only, but sometimes I can't find other free spots near the restaurant. If I am late for the pickup because I can't find a parking spot, I will also be scolded by the staff.
