I just want to preface this by saying I understand that it is the holiday season and things are crazy. My wife and I entered the JCPENNEYS in the Victoria gardens mall and found a sweater that we loved on a mannequin, but we were unable to find it anywhere else. The first sales associate we found told us that the sweaters were "right over there" and pointed at which point we told her that they weren't there. The sales person then said "then we're out" and walked away behind the checkout counter and proceeded to chat with her other employees about something. Didn't offer to look in inventory or offer to help in any way what-so-ever. We decided that we were going to try this again. The next employee we found (her name is Sujay I think, she had awesome hair) was actually working, but we asked anyway and right away we saw a completely different work ethic. Sujay took us over to where the sweater should be and looked for it, it wasn't there of course. She then asked the size we wanted and we said medium and she checked the mannequin, it was a medium! But it didn't have a tag. Sujay then proceeded to take the sweater off of the display and handed it to us. What she did next really surprised me, instead of leaving things as they were she put a new sweater on the display very quickly which shows me she really cares about the store that she has been representing so well. She then took us up to the counter where the first employee was still chatting and looked up the product by name to get the price (I have worked in clothing retail before and looking up items with no tags was by far my least favorite thing to do) she never once complained or made it seem like I was "wasting her time" she told us the price $19.99 so cheap!!! We decided we wanted to buy it and Sujay rang us up right then and there!! I am an assistant manager at a small retain chain, and I say If she isn't a supervisor or manager soon then you are wasting an amazing employee. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by...

Read moreMy rating is based solely on my experience as a nursing mother! I was shopping and needed to feed my baby. I asked for a nursing room. What they had was a beat up, tagged up, wooded chair in a family restroom. The restroom was not clean and it reeked to high heaven from the person who had last used it. The padded bench in the hall was a better option. Assuming you don't mind having every customer that needs to use the restroom and employee ending or starting their shift walk past you. The dressing rooms did not have any chairs or benches. There was a small one which I could move myself into the room. It was better than nothing, but I was so hot and frustrated by the time I was settled. The room is 3x3 feet and clostraphobic. JCPenney you...
