Fire Wings — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

Very Unsanitary! Decided to try this place Sat Aug 14th arnd 4pm. 1st the cashier pinched the top of our glasses, when he handed them to us, by putting his finger inside & outside the rim of our glasses. Did not see anyone clean/wipe down the "community" soda dispenser. We sat at the bar directly across from the beer taps. Looking to our left behind the L-shaped bar is a refrigeration unit with canned beer/ a bottle of BBQ sauce, misc. items for customers. Well, apparently the staff puts their drinks in there too. They squat down drink out of their drinks & put them back in. In that same area 2 female employees Fixed their hair by tking the scrunchie out, flicking their hair back up & repositioning the scrunchie. 2 male employees (maybe on break?) hung out on the customer side of the bar BSing with the "working" employees. They were talking loud & cursing, super unprofessional!! Finally, I witnessed a female employee leave the ladies bathroom (after adjusting her hair & fiddling with her phone) by grabbing the bathroom door handle with her UNWASHED Hands! Who's training these...

Visited Fire Wings Rancho Cucamonga on Easter Sunday with the family; we usually go to the Brea location and we love it, but since we were in the Rancho Cucamonga area, we decided to check this place out. We might have gone on a bad day because the customer service was horrible.

When we got there, nobody was at the front counter to assist us (waited approximately 10 mins for someone to assist us). We ordered the 40 piece family pack (40 wings in 4 different flavors, large fries, large side and veggies) and the worker did not even ask what we wanted for our large size. We just got two orders of fries with our order.

When we went to the counter again to ask for a cup of water, some of the workers were gathered deciding whose turn it was to go on break, while another girl was trying her best to not make eye contact with us.

The wings were delicious (which is why I'm rating this place a 3 stars, despite the bad customer service). We recommend the salt and pepper wing flavor (dry rub) and the korean flavor...

The reason I have to give them a 2 star is because if the customer service. I’ve come to this location every Tuesday and Thursday for the past month. Every time I went there was a problem with my order. One time there was a hair, which could not be mines because it was in the actually chicken wing (see photos). The next time they gave me fries that had looked like they had been cooked the previous day. I gave them the benefit of the doubt both times because I refused to complain for minor things. The next week I went again another problem. So the last week I went I told them if I could speak to the manager she came out heard every thing I had to say and her response was “is there anything wrong with your order today” never offered anything at all. I did spend the money to come here and enjoy the wings and never complained . The one time I did complain she did nothing for me. Super disappointed and they lost a loyal customer. I will not return to...
