Best Western Plus Heritage Inn Ontario Rancho Cucamonga — Hotel in Rancho Cucamonga

This is Our 1st time Staying at Best Western Plus Heritage Inn Ontario Rancho Cucamonga 🤗 We came from Apple Valley for Our Lil Mama's 4th Birthday and Stayed 2 nights 🎂🤗🫶✝️ We Got The Queen Suite, it was So Roomy and Clean. It has A Nice Kitchen Area with Counter space, A Small Fridge, Microwave and Coffee Pot for Pods with cups and sweetner packets ect. It Also Has A Bar stool counter with 2 stools which was awesome so yall can eat foodies right there. 🤗🙏 It has a Huge Living Area with A Couch and a Chair with A stool for your feet, a desk with a chair and A Nice sized Tv that swivels back and forth and Drawers for your Stuff. It also has A closet with a full sized mirrors and plenty of room for your stuff and a Very nice sized bathroom with Wonderful Water pressure and a big bathrub 🛁 🙏🤗🙌 Now the Room with the beds has its own area with a door to close which was awesome especially when u have a toddler traveling with you 🤗🙌🙏 Also the Room was very big. It has a desk with a chair, tv with swivel and drawers for your things and a bench to sit on as well and a center side table by the bed with a drawer also. Overall the room was Amazing and beds are very comfy it definitely felt like a home instead of a hotel which felt amazing 🙏🫶🤗 The Employees are Sweet and Attentive and they had all day complimentary coffee at the entrance and a vending machine that is self checkout which was awesome and they have a really good complimentary breakfast 6am to 10am it was very delicious 🤗🥯🥓🍳with alot to choose from waffles,eggs, potatoes, sausage, cereal, muffins, fruit, yogurt, bagels, drinks ect... so dont skip on that yall 🙌✝️🙏🤗 Last But not Least the pool and spa was very clean and the spa was really warm with nice bubble jets, so i would recommend to try to check it out when you are there to relax 😌 🤗🙏 also they have a nice sized gym 🏋️‍♀️ 🏋️‍♂️ 💪so if you need your daily workout I would say they have everything you would need 🤗 Overall I would Say our stay was Amazing, the Employees were all Amazing and friendly as well. Major problem at check in. It was a very long day of driving & traveling. When I arrived, Jamie assisted w/ getting our room. We thought all was well. Not more than 30-40 min of being in our room, my wife was coming out of the shower, my children asleep when all of a sudden we hear the key button being activated on the door. In walks another family. Jamie had given our room to another family. It was extremely embarrassing for both families. It was miracle I was sitting at the bed & was able to stop my wife from walking into the room or else she would’ve been seen. After that happened I then had to go to my car to get some more items. Due to the room being assigned to someone else, this then deactivated my keys and I was locked out of my room. My wife opened the door & adv Jamie needed to speak w/me. I went down, she apologized, gave me a $20 credit towards my bill. While I appreciated the apology, a $20 credit to my bill, after being a diamond select member, the thousands of dollars I’ve spent at BW hotels, that was a slap in the face to me. Even more so when the next morning I went to speak to the manager(Dominick I think his name was-sorry if I got this wrong) & he explained he knew nothing about the incident & was staying in the room 6 doors down from us. Jamie decided not to tell him at all. The manager then credited me for half my bill, which I did appreciate. However, we did not sleep well that night for fear someone else could walk in on us. We did not feel safe. As a result, I may never come back to this hotel, which is unfortunate because I’ve been wanting to stay in this hotel for a while due to my work travels &this was finally the opportunity I had to do so. I showed up to check in. And asked for payment. This was something work was paying for. I arrived them that it should have been payed for when booked and was told that can't happen. I was confused. I told him that we(our business) called ahead and asked if it could be posted for without the card present. We were told either book online or submit a form for approval. We booked in online. Was rudely informed that it can only be done by a form. When I questioned what I was told when called ahead I was told that no one ever said that to me. Some lady sure did. He could have been nice but he was fairly rude. I turn on my ac as cold as possible at 4pm. My job was an all nighter. I come in at 5 and my room was hotter then outside. To uncomfortable to sleep. I go to the front desk to inform them and his response was oh yeah people complain about that allot. The rooms on the end don't have ac that works. So I then switched rooms before bed. Mind you the new room in the center of the hallway wasn't much better. Sadly I didn't have the time to switch hotels. I came into the hallway the day after I woke up it smells like a locker room. The hallways were so hot they put fans in the hallway. Continental breakfast. Well some items they had restrictions on what you can touch(probably COVID) which was ok. But they let you everyone touch half the stuff but not the others. Now they have a tables dividing the room with an employee to serve you with a LARGE jar between you requesting tips. Feels like they are adding COVID restrictions asking you to pay tips to cover new restrictions. Feels like they are trying to keep partial restrictions to get you to...
