I've been to the courthouse in the past to take care of a traffic ticket and had no problems. However I'm no longer a resident of rancho cucamonga, and I've been trying to call the courthouse to set up a date to care of a warrant under my name for a crime I didn't even commit, yet everytime I call and sit through the 3 minute intro on their phone line I end up getting disconnected because they are too busy with other calls. I would rather be put on hold until the next clerk is available instead of calling multiple times at different hours of the day to only be disconnected literally everytime. I live in downtown Los Angeles so driving almost an hour away from where I live just to set up a court date then go back home is beyond absurd. I was able to call in at Victorville with no issue. Am giving this place 3 stars. 3 stars because it's a common county Courthouse that accumulates extra tax dollars to keep our law abiding citizen's in their best performance, or else........!!!!!!!!! So i guess we need these reminders, but the places that i give (4 or 5 stars) are the places that i CHOOSE to go to joyfully on my free time or day off! I can assure you that there really isn't anything "cool or joyful" about this place... If your a writer or a journalist who has a thing for "broken dreams", this is for you.
