To start it off they mentioned to me like 5 times that the Credit Card machine didn't work. A minute later it's working, when I start ordering they tell me they don't have Venti sizes. I ordered a Grande Triple Mocha without whip cream. 15 minutes later I ask them for my order and they tell me they're taking long because there's no whip cream. I didn't order any so they give me my order and to top it off it didn't taste the same as other places this one tasted off. Never coming to this...

Went in for the Dragon Fruit tea and they didn’t have the fruit but they had the juice. I asked them to put Blackberries in place of the Dragon Fruit. When they made it, they put strawberries instead. When I told the girl I had requested blackberries, she (Marissa) rolled her eyes at me and re-made the drink. When she finished making the drink, she slid the drink across the counter and walked away. Very unprofessional...

absolutely disappointed. waited about 30 mins for 3 drinks. the workers were so slow, only 2 workers but it should not have taken so long. one of my drinks i bought was sitting on the counter for 30 minutes until the barista finally handed us the drink. we asked 15 minutes before if we could just take the drink and they said no. terrible service and overall experience...
