My family has been coming to Terrys for the last 9 years. Usually, they have good food and the prices are usually reasonable for the amount of food you get. However, this time, the prices were elevated. The girl who took my take out order screwed it up and we were missing two of the items I ordered. When I pointed it out, I was charged an additional $7 for fries and a side of rice. Plus, I had to wait while the rest of our food got cold. I should not be paying for their mistake as we were inconvenienced because of it. Girl behind the register had a bad attitude. The cook dropped a fry on the floor and was attempting to pick it up and put it in our bag until my grandson called him on it. Must be its under new management. I come from an era where the customer is always right. If you screw up an order, you should fix it with no charge to the customer. I think spending nearly $50 to feed 3 adults and one child is ridiculous. We could have gone somewhere much better for the money. Updated review: Yay!! So I was able to finally try Terry's Burgers today! I got the works burrito. Pretty hefty burrito. Being honest, It's okay. Much like other places but it surely does not disappoint. I look forward to going back and trying more menu items. I've heard good things about their burgers and a few other menu items. There's no drive-thru and parking is pretty limited but not a big deal. Staff was very direct, not very welcoming but again not a big deal but that might have been enough to be the fifth star.
