Went in just trying to have a meal — simple, right? But the energy was off from the moment we stepped in. Staff clearly didn’t want to help, didn’t want us to dine in, and basically pushed us to take it to go. No kindness, no service, no respect.

Felt more like we were being rushed out than welcomed. And when you’re dealing with real life stuff like cancer, the last thing you need is this kind of cold, careless treatment.

One star. Period. If you value basic human decency, skip this location.

⭐️ Pizza Hut — Indio, CA Incómodo. Irrespetuoso. Nunca más.

Solo queríamos sentarnos a comer tranquilos — nada complicado. Pero desde que entramos, la vibra fue mala. El personal ni quería ayudarnos, y mucho menos dejarnos comer ahí. Prácticamente nos forzaron a llevar la comida para llevar, y la experiencia fue terrible.

No hubo amabilidad, ni servicio, ni respeto. Se sintió como si estuviéramos estorbando.

Y cuando uno vive cosas reales como el cáncer, lo último que necesitas es que te traten así, con frialdad y sin corazón.

Una estrella. Y gracias. Si valoras el respeto y el trato humano, evita este lugar.
