Wendy's — Restaurant in Rancho Santa Margarita

I usually don’t eat a lot of fast food, but I ordered a junior cheeseburger and a egg and cheese biscuit since it was close to breakfast time I am glad that Wendy’s offers all food all the time that is a good thing about their brand!😋!!!

The workers were nice. However, I did not like how they did not have regular ranch! only ghost pepper ranch? which I thought was pretty weird. It was good; but I wish I could’ve had regular ranch which is why I only gave a four out of five. I wanted something to offset the spice, not add to it…(because I keep hot sauce in our mini van 🚐 for these occasions)

Also, they did not have hot sauce and it was during breakfast hour, so I’m wondering what we can do to rectify that as well with the community of Wendy’s

All in all, I think they still are a great corporation for fast food One of the last bastions a fast food left in this country

I love In-N-Out and Wendy’s the best! I did have a little bit of tummy problems afterwards, but that’s to be expected after not eating fast food for a while.

Okay this is one of my regular work lunch locations that I rotate through weekly. I've gone here at least once a week for the last 13 years for lunch. I have seen it go through staff left and right. I have seen it be remodeled. Food and service are usually good. My only complaint is they seriously need to put the floor guide arrows or better signage that tells people where to form the line to order. I can't count on my hands how many times customers get into arguments over who was in line first simple because customers do not see (though it is really large) the sign directing you to form a line against the side wall from the back to the front, and just walk straight in from the door and stand directly at the front of the line in front of the registers. The cashiers have never once in my presence rerouted any customers to properly form a line. They do not even interject when an argument or near fight breaks our over who was in the correct...

It was an ok experience here at Wendy’s. We showed up on a Saturday afternoon, around 2 pm or so. The drive-through was a bit busy but nothing crazy, no huge lines. Inside was empty, it was just us and another group of 3 people.

The cashier was ok. Not rude or anything, she was just there. Not very friendly, or welcoming, no smiles of any kind. She took our order quickly and professionally.

The food was ready by the time we were paying for our order lol. Fast food right? lol.

The restaurant was clean inside, looked good. Lots of soft drink choices. The weird thing was that, there were no plastic utensils, napkins, nor straws out on the floor. They were all empty. When we got our food, they gave us a few napkins with it. Is that normal here? Weird.
