Absolutely horrid. My boss goes there in the morning due to it being right by our job. We will never go there again. The past 3 times we’ve gone in there our order was messed up. Asked for a frozen coffee then got a ice coffee. Guy argued it was frozen. Asked for a sesame bagel then got a cinnamon one. Gave me attitude when I asked him to switch it cause it was not what was ordered. Asked for an ice coffee with hazelnut cream sugar. No flavor shot and just dumped sugar on top without mixing it. Read moreToday I did a mobile order for several items from the Dunkin location on Route 10, in Randolph, NJ. When arriving, I gave the gentleman my Dunkin order number and he denied receiving it. Even when I showed him the order on my iPhone, which delineated that the order was paid for his location, he still refused to give me what I had ordered. Only when I made a big fuss did another person finally, while very reluctantly, filled my order. I have Covid and that’s why I shouldn’t be going inside and that’s what curbside is for . I go in and literally no customers is there and it’s not busy at all and there is 2 employees working there with no customers at all. Like are you for real ???
