Dunkin' — Restaurant in Randolph Township

Worst customer service experience, owner or manager should not operate this type of business as they totally lack tack and how to deal with customer. I was given the wrong breakfast sandwich by them, when I showed them the sandwich, I was told "You took the wrong order" rudely, I did not, I was handed the sandwich, I let it go as it was busy, they proceed to make another sandwich while the manager/owner kept complaining. The restaurant is long and narrow and with one way doors the only way to go to the other side is which the amount of customers block the only way to get there.

The sandwich was finished and I was standing by the counter end close to the tables, manager told me to walk to the other end to get it while I had other items on my table and it was physically next to impossible to do so, I asked that he give it to me to which he went crazy, we are talking 8' on one direction and 12' coming back, he became extremely rude when I told him "what kind of customer service do you have" Asked for a refund which really set him off saying "you are unbelievable" over and over and other stuff I could not hear. I have never had such a bad experience at a DD ever or any other place for that matter. Staff seemed totally intimidated by this man and I truly feel sorry for them working for...

This Dunkin’ has gone way downhill. I have been getting my coffee from Kris and Mac for YEARS, and it was always delicious and fresh coffee, the store was kept clean, and everyone was friendly. I have no idea what is going on with their ownership/management, but something needs to change. Kris is no longer there and the only time I can get a good cup of coffee is when Mac is in. In fact, I can count on the fact that I will be dumping out my coffees unless Mac makes it. The establishment is now absolutely disgusting and very unclean, and doesn’t look like it has been cleaned in forever. The coffee is old and disgusting, and it’s obvious their coffee pots haven’t been cleaned in a long time. The employees are inefficient, lazy, rude, and downright unsanitary. I will never again set foot in this DISGUSTING “Dunkin” (if they can even call themselves that anymore), and will be advising my friends and family to do the same. This Dunkin’s owner should be...

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for years now, I always buy Dunkin for my clients and event meetings. Earlier this week I asked for 4 dozen assorted donuts and the lady taking my order laughed, said no, and walked away. I was confused and a couple of minutes later, the manager came out and told me for an order that large (I typically always get between 4-7 dozen donuts from all Dunkin’s) that I would need to place an order 2 days in advance.

I would understand if they didn’t have enough donuts to fulfill my order, but they have plenty! It was 10:30 am and they were fully stocked. The courtesy could have been that they would offer me 1 or 2 dozen, but no they just wouldn’t take my order.

Never coming here again, I went down the road to Dunkin by bottle king in Morris plains on route 10 and they were HAPPY to accept...
