Look I am not looking for some patronizing salesman schtick written by a PR robot nor will I respond to any so don't bother replying if that's all you're going to do. I am here to be blunt. These products are NOT on par or equivalent with real cannabis. If you're looking for real cannabis go to a dispensary that isn't owned by Curaleaf. That said if you're looking for the type of products they sell here, this place is fine and I have nothing negative to say about the shop or the employees in that regard. As far what they sell goes, These products aren't scams and there is medical applications and uses for them but IME recreationally, they are VERY underwhelming by comparison and are way more hype than real deal. I have a dresser drawer full of various delta 8, 10, 9HHC, THC-0 etc products(including this shop recently)gifted to me by people who thought they were the same as cannabis flower or better but found out they weren't and wasted their cash. Ask yourself if these were on par or better than cannabis and they are so cheap and easy to get, why isn't everyone in states like CA and CO replacing cannabis with them? I suggest you check out reddit and discord discussions on these substances before you go and buy any. See what real people are saying and experiencing and aren't just Google advertisements and shops/salesmen trying to make money off you. That out of the way if actual cannabis gives you paranoia or is to overwhelming they may be a good alternative for you. There is also a novelty to them if you're like me and interested in that sort of thing but if that's not what you're looking for save yourself the trip and your money. I Would give a higher rating if they were more transparent and had less confusing advertising about not having actual cannabis flowers. I have had numerous people mention this place to me thinking they sold real flower only to find out it's all alternative hemp products. It almost feels/seems like they want trick you into coming into the store on the pretense of getting cannabis and when you find out they don't sell what you want, they try and convince you these products are equivalent and because they sound knowledgeable you...

I decarb to specifically release myrcene, carene and limonene along with certain CBDs. This allows me to manage autoimmunity in a real way. The problem is that a poor quality bud can't reliably supply the profile you are told is there. I generally go to Breakwater unless Im quite sick with my Lyme. So I recently went here for high CBD strains.

The bud I got there was immature, not at all sticky and therefore pointless. You cant age it when it isnt even fully grown. And I went Iinto detail reviewing the terpenes lists with him in a totally empty shop to explain WHY I needed the right strain.

If people wanna go buy from the street, they probably cant expect any kind of customer service, but probably get some. Well, customer service here is ZERO so far. I can't find an email or way to get in touch in writing. So I called and let the guy know at 9:30 AM- not 2:00 AM. Many smaller shops are run from a personal cell. He gave no apology- just "thanks for letting me know."

Even an official dispensary advisor once quietly told me they simply couldn't provide some of the aspects I needed in their product. Therefore I didn't waste my money. So, back to Breakwater now that I can drive farther...

I wish I could give this 5 stars based off my first time I went. The guy working that day was very nice and professional, he showed us all the products, told us all about the strains and answered any questions we had. Today my boyfriend and I decided to go back instead of going to our other dispensary. The guy working was just sitting behind the desk, grinding up something to roll, never even looked up until we decided on what we wanted, we told him what we would like and he goes “oh, uhm yeah. We’re sold out of that I just haven’t gotten to change the sign yet.” Then proceeds to continue to just put his head back down and back to doing his own thing. Definitely doesn’t stop us from coming back but doesn’t have us rushing back either. But I’ll give 3 stars for the store since our first experience was great, the store is clean, has so much to offer including merch, glass and silicone pieces along with Japanese...
