So I read the reviews first to see if anyone had a similar experience to mine. There were a few, so I know I'm not the only one who had this type of bad experience. So pay attention Dairy Queen. First off, this location needs a new manager. At least I think he was the manager. He was working the drive through and barking orders like he was in charge. My ice cream was melted before it reached my hand. I watched the guy who gave it to me attempt to put it upside down to make sure none of the ice cream fell out. It did, and he had a napkin ready as if this happened all the time. He just threw away the ice cream that fell out. I should have asked to have it remade right there, but I didnt want to make a scene. The guy at drive through was already very rude. After I drove away I changed my mind because it looked like it had been melting in the sun and it didn't even have the candy pieces in the blizzard that I asked for. I wasn't rude or anything when I pulled through the drive through and asked for something different. I didn't ask them to remake it I asked for a buster bar thinking it would be simple and easy for them to exchange for the bad blizzard I got. Didn't even bug them over the change difference. When I got to the window that " manager" was already blowin smoke out his ears that I came back. I wanted extra caramel in my blizzard so I guess that means it's an automatic soggy mess to begin with. Funny cause I order that same blizzard from other locations and Ive never got a bad attempt at a blizzard like that before. The blizzard didn't bother me the way the managers attitude was. You never treat customers like that. He was so rude I can't believe he is still working there. Do yourself a favor Dairy Queen and fire him. I couldn't stand 2 minutes with him I would hate to work for him. If he treated one customer that poorly, imagine how he is treating everyone else who...

The fries are called that chicken was hard and uh my kids, we're upset and still hungry. After I brought them their food and they try to eat it and was just left unsatisfied & krabby and hungry Still, and when I called a complaint about it, the first person I talked to, he told me this bringing a receipt and i said, okay, but then I realize I'm not time for that right now. So I called back so I can make sure they got my name. I do it. I had time more convenient for me and someone elps answer the phone and decided to tack on a few more conditions.Well now see here.... One car had just ordered and pulled up when it was our turn. Ordered her meal and pulled forward, two cars pulled in behind us. The other car was getting their meal and pulled away. Handed them the money and got her drink right away. Was given my change and her meal. Asked for ketchup- pulled away. I was there less than 4 minutes from time I to the lot until I pulled out. Extremely friendly staff. My daughter commented on her burger being hot, and loved the flavor of everything.
