Typically love this place and love getting food from there but as I am eating a breadstick I find at least five hairs in my breadstick. The worst was when it was in my mouth. Also when I called the store it was you can come back to get new breadsticks. I don’t feel like I should have to drive on my dime to go get new food if somebody is unsanitary and cannot make sure their food is edible. It was probably the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had to happen and if this were to happen just offer a refund say I’m sorry and move on. I will no longer be ordering from there and plenty of people I know that do currently order from there, I will make sure they are aware of that and they will be losing a lot of business due to this. I live on the Air Force Base and this is something in regards to the distance where I should not have to come in to get new food. Make sure your customer service is in check and if something is wrong offer a better solution than me having to come to get the new food. And especially if there’s hair in my food I don’t want the food where there could possibly be more hair. I would rather starve. Thank you for losing a loyal employee. Also don’t give me the excuse that people do this all the time in for a hair in the food to get free food. I don’t believe that. Come up with a better excuse and I could afford something better but this sounded good. I guess I will be going for the things I do sound better. Read moreWith our recent order we had missed brownie dessert from store 768893 Mt. Rushmore Rd in Rapid City, SD. When calling back to receive a refund for the missed item (only $4 from a $40 order) I was told that we could not be refunded. Only come back and grab the item today or get it within 30 days. Then the manager informed me there was a sign telling you to grap the desserts from the front. Kind of felt like he was putting it on us for missing the brownies. All I could think is signs are easy to miss in a busy lobby. Seeing as how I eat little Ceasars about twice a year I didn't see myself coming back in 30 days. I politely explained this to the manager and was told he could only refund the whole order, but would need the items back. Since we had finished a good portion of our order before finding the dessert to be missing, this was not an option. After politely explaining again it would not be convenient, or even remotely worth it to come back for a $4 item, and asked for a refund again; he explained over that they cannot refund one item and he would need all the items back. I thanked him for making it super convenient and told him to not bother and have a nice day. With our technology and business systems today it should be easy enough to make it right with a customer. The first time the deep dish pizza I ordered was still raw in the middle. I called and the manager tried to say it was just “chewy” but I told him chewy doesn’t taste like raw dough. He did offer to remake it if I wanted to come collect it but that defeats the purpose of my having ordered it originally for delivery plus I’m not spending my gas to collect an order they messed up. The manager gave me Door Dash’s number to see if they could arrange for a delivery driver and ended up getting put through to Little Caesars customer service where I was issued a refund.
The next time I ordered, I ordered a stuffed crust (but what I received was normal crust) and a three piece stuffed crazy bread (but only received two pieces). I called them and was given the number for Door Dash where sat on hold for 30m because I had to be connected to a rep who then had to connect me to a Little Caesars rep. Once I did get someone it was smooth sailing and Im currently waiting on a refund for that order now.
