Read more3rd time was not the charm. Messed up the order all 3 times. 1st order: 2pc meal, Mac & cheese bowl & side of slaw. Put the slaw in the meal box (like it has ALWAYS come for YEARS, so assumed it went with that order), so wrong person got the slaw, assumed it was theirs & ate it disappointing the person who didn't get it. 2nd order: 2-2pc meals - guy repeated it back exactly, & special 12 pc nuggets for $6. Cost over $36??? Got home with 2-3pc meals & charged accordingly. No wonder it was so expensive. Not what was ordered. Just went for the 3rd time. 2-2pc meals (menu board says "2 piece chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, biscuit.) Ordered 2 sides of slaw. Got home with the chicken, biscuit & slaw. NO mashed potatoes. No gravy. No butter or honey for the biscuit. Not a napkin to be found. Does ANYBODY work there that knows what they're doing?? Won't be going back for a 4th time. Not worth the aggravation. Read moreThis is the ABSOLUTE WORST delivery experience I have ever had. Spent OVER $50 and when the food was delivered there were SEVEREL ITEMS MISSING. Called the store, informed them of the missing items, and the person who answered the phone, AND IDENTIFIED HERSELF as the MANAGER wanted me to DRIVE TO STHE STORE TO PICK UP THE MISSING ITEMS because they "don't do delivery." Then proceeded to blame door dash, and told me I needed to "work it out with them." KFC SENT THE ORDER OUT IMPROPERLY PACKAGED AND MISSING THE ITEMS...THE BAG WAS SEALED WHEN IT LEFT THE STORE.
WHEN I pointed out that I knew she was lying, and that as the manager she had the authority AND RESPONSIBILITY to correct the order, she accused me of being "abusive." I started the conversation.
