I'm a traveling medical professional, and I utilize services that are offered by companies like AFR from coast to coast. I’d like to share my experience with AFR.

After a disappointing experience with two of AFR's local competition, I decided to give AFR an opportunity. I spoke with Joe, the manager, at AFR and we discussed my furnishings needs and a time frame to work with. The time frame was very short and delivery needed to happen in without issues. During the rental, an issue developed with a lamp. With-in a reasonable time frame, both lamps (only one had a problem, but both replaced for proper aesthetics) were replaced. Due to my late work hours, the staff went above and beyond to make the exchange at my convenience without complaint.

Joe met my needs with quality furnishings, electronics and delivered them on schedule without any issues. Billing was handled on time and without discrepancies. Pick up was handled professionally and on schedule.

Due to the flexibility of the staff, quality of the merchandise and professional conduct of business, I recommend AFR without hesitation to anyone in need of their service.

Rentall location at east north street in rapid city was amazing minus not having our bedroom set which had to be ordered (hopefully it won’t take to long to receive, the air mattress is starting to hurt!) The customer service provided by Manny was tremendous he went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with having to wait a little longer for our bed, he was very educated and informative to us on how leasing works with this company and made it a very easy process. We just moved here from a different state and were displaced from our home and had to come up with something on the fly and we are just so grateful for Manny and the rental team with being able to provide us with the option of not only getting our material items replaced but In getting quality items that we were able to pick out and wanted, we would highly recommend anyone in the Rapid City area that needs any sort of furniture or home Decour or electronics to go and talk with Manny and the rest of the team at Rentall, they are sure to take...

I am documenting my frustrating experience with Rentall under new management in this review. Despite initially viewing Rentall positively, exceeding Rent-A-Center, concerns arose regarding payment coordination and communication. Although payment schedules were established, the manager repeatedly contacted me, inaccurately stating overdue payments. She attributed errors to staff rather than acknowledging responsibility. This occurred three times within six weeks, violating our agreement. When questioned, she displayed defensiveness and dismissiveness. Subsequently, she exhibited poor professionalism and attitude when providing a receipt.
