I went thru the drive thru and ordered $25 food. In that order they messed my 3 special order dbl chalupas. Went back asked them to make it right. Girl in drive thru read them my order wrong off the receipt and handed me my order out the window, and by this time I am running out of gas. I go next door and put gas in my car and check my order and they gave me 3 sigle chaloopas. I go back and go in to store, manager looks at me in disgust, treats me like it's my fault that he told his crew to not mess it up and they did. He personally remakes them, I tell him twice exactly how to make them. I go home and he made them wrong!!! I called and left a message at 8:30 pm telling him I am demanding a call back, never got the call back. This was a shift supervisor. Went back next day spoke to store manager and she took care of whole matter 100% satisfied!!
Once again,. Averaging 3 out of 7 times they will mess it up. My son is a vegetarian. But he doesn't eat but just a few veggies . He absolutely loves the dos locos firey taco with beans and cheese only. Not that hard right? They can't get it right for their life depending on it. Called to complain to Manager Barb. She said if they know there is an allergy, the supervisor will make staff fully aware, but if I want my son's order done correctly I can come indide and order directly from the Manager.
My question is, if you tell them over and over and they aren't doing it right to the point that your customer is made to throw up their meal and be sickened for the evening? Wouldn't you replace the inadequate employee that is making your customer sick before you inconvenienced them by taking away their right to the drive-thru?
Maybe you should hire all managers if they are the only ones that can get it right? Oh that's right let's not forget Scott who treated me like scum and then he made...
Read moreI am not pleased at all how my boyfriend and I were treated by your manager Lisa. She was very rude and had a horrible combative attitude. We tried bringing our concern to her about another visit that our food was messed up. The manager I had spoke to that day, sadly I didn't get his name. He only took down my boyfriends name upon his request told me to come in when I am able to receive the two free meals that was suppose to be replace. He never told us that we had to provide our address. He insisted on us giving a contact name so he could write it down. He told us to just go through drive thru and tell them our name that he had written down for us. Lisa didn't show she even cared about our concern or show interest in explaining their whole policy of messed up orders. She came back rude when I had explained what we were told. She had stated that we should of got it that night or they would of sent us coupons in the mail. Kind of hard to get coupons the night I had talked to the manager due to him advising we needed to provide our address so they could send something in the mail. We go to this location a lot and seem to not get the best customer service that we should. This is very unprofessional as a business in my eyes. If you have a set policy all the managers should be following it correctly so this kind of stuff doesn't happen to...
Read moreDo not go here. I'm telling you, it's absolutely horrid. The people were gross and ignorant. I went in and immediately ordered from the self serve kiosk. Then when we FINALLY got our food it was so skimpy. I ordered a tostada and the entire Shell was dry. They only did a small dollop of beans and a few shreds of lettuce and 3 pieces of tomato (i requested no cheese). I asked if they could remake it normal and they guy said that was normal. Then i asked if they could please remake it. Of course instead of having good customer service the guy and now the random cashier (who probably should of worried about her customers in line) started ranting about how they don't spread the beans on the tortilla. I'm like guys. Listen. I've been up Taco Bell, this isn't how it's done, i don't really care about the rant, you can either remake it, give me back my money or i can order something else. The manager was watching from the back. Just staring. That was odd and creepy. Then the drive thru guy comes up and in a monotone voice and dead eyes says i work in customer service, I'll remake it. Ok so the whole experience was weird and unnecessary. Strange workers that were grungy, odd and just do yourself a favor and don't waste...
