I have truly never experienced worse customer service from a fast food restaurant, and the baseline for that is already low. From the borderline irritated "order when you're ready" as the only greeting through the intercom, to the window person not saying a word and simply holding her hand out for our card, to having to ask three times for ketchup. Then, after pulling away, we realized we'd only gotten one of the two chicken fries we'd ordered. When I went inside to to grab the missing chicken, staff didn't greet me or make eye contact for a full 5 minutes. Finally, the same window person came up to me, still said nothing, and raised her eyebrows at me. I let them know I was missing part of my order, and the young lady at the fried food station got them for me (The only person in that building who was even remotely friendly). The floor was COVERED in trash, food, etc, and all the surfaces in the prep area were covered in crumbs and grease. All of this after sitting in the drive thru for nearly ten minutes. I will not go back to this location if I...

Read moreReally frustrating experience. We waited around 15 minutes for our food, even though the place was almost empty—barely any customers inside or in the drive-thru. When we got our food, the fries were cold and tasted like they’d been sitting out a long time.
I came specifically for the Naruto toys, which were released yesterday. I had no issue getting two of them at this same location, yesterday. I paid for them, no problem. But today, a different employee (an older woman who seemed confused or annoyed about the whole thing) told me the toys “weren’t out yet,” then handed me two of the exact same ones I already got. Her attitude was bizarre. It honestly felt like they were trying to hold back certain characters or limit how many people get, which is really weird and frustrating for collectors or kids excited...
