Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Rapid City

The only good things about this particular business were the fact that my special needs son was so excited for the pretzel crust and the young lady that took my order was probably the friendliest I've encountered at any Little Ceasars in well over a decade. The place was so trashy outside that I was hit with literal TRASH as I walked up to the building, there was a line to order, which 4 people back and it took far too long to get to the counter, then a 15-20 minute wait. Customers that ordered after me got their orders ahead of mine, which I get a I got a specialty pizza, but my complaint is that there were absolutely no chairs or anywhere to sit at all. For those of us with physical disabilities, standing there that long, especially in a crowded place where movement is limited, that can be extremely painful and very difficult, which it was. They also no longer carry packets of cheese, red peppers and their special pizza blend, nor any sauces for purchase. I was overall very disappointed with...

I use to go to this location once a week I will never be back here as long as their manager Jessica is there. She is the rudest person I have ever met in the food industry, I ordered 2 hot n ready pepperoni pizzas and she said she needed a minute to collect the pizzas so I went over and sat down all these customers that are coming in after me are getting their pizza. So I went back to the counter asking if I could get my pizzas, Jessica says with an attitude yeah if you just give me a minute, I was shocked by the attitude and I said people coming in after me are getting their pizza before I am, she responds still with an attitude well it shouldn’t be like. So I asked for a refund and she more attitude said if you just give me a minute. Not with that attitude, I will take my service where it is wanted and spend my money where it is wanted.

The cashier was incredibly unfriendly, as soon as she finished ringing up the person ahead of us she turned away to get an order, that wasn't even ready, packed up. We made eye contact and I said hi but she didn't say a word, the manager was just filling the other register coin by coin rather than telling his staff member to help us or helping us himself. We waited for 10 minutes to help while her back was to us, she was waiting for the order to finish, she could've taken out order while she waited! Then our order took longer than we're told, they had over 7 people working so I don't understand why it took so long plus our pizza want even cut completely through, we had to cut it ourselves when we got home!
