I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I was transferred to this location after the Stumer store closed and I am beyond dissatisfied with this store. I had a bunch of things on pre-order from November 2020, they said they haven't received any of it so I kept calling in to check but gave it a break once the new year started Then I come to find out, my game, headset and God knows what else was CREDITED without my knowledge so I've been waiting for 4 months to go buy these things and they decided to credit my pre-ordered items without even calling me. My information is all up to date so there's NO EXCUSE for this. Great job taking care of your customers. And it turns out a game I had pre-ordered was already released but I was never informed so that was also credited!! This is unacceptable, this location CLEARLY doesn't care to reach out to the customers about their products when it comes in or if it's not going to at all, they just get away with crediting things that had...

Stopped in here with my 8 year old son who was looking for Pokémon cards to open while on a family roadtrip. Much to our surprise, they had stacks of new boxes as well as 2 tins behind the counter. My son was ecstatic to finally find cards and he finally decided to purchase 1 mini tin. The employee starts ringing us up and then says "You're not a pro member, we can only sell Pokémon to pro members". He continues telling us that they're doing this so we dont have to buy from scalpers at 2x or 3x prices (yet we'd have to spend double the price of the tin to become pro members) and even as a pro memeber you were only able to buy 1 item at a time.

The employee wasn't very friendly while dealing with us and my 8 year old was heart broken to have to leave the Pokémon cards behind. I understand trying to slow down scalpers but, not letting young collectors buy cards is hurting the hobby...

Been to this location a few times never really had great experience there and prices are soaring in this company across the board but today i felt very unhappy and will not return to gamestop at any location. Customer service is horrible and multiple items i was looking for where twice the price of an exact item i found on amazon and the one he tried to sell me for all my items where used. So not only is it twice the price its also a used item. Ur system is flawed and i honestly cant believe peopple still shop...
