The crew at this location are welcoming, courteous, and attentive. During my last visit approximately 2 weeks ago, the staff forgot to place two items in the bag to complete the order. Upon arriving at home, I discovered that my order was incomplete. Naturally, I was a bit flustered as an immediate response, but then quickly shifted to a more understanding frame of mind. We all make mistakes on a daily basis, and I could have double-checked the order prior to leaving, but failed to do so. After collecting myself, I contacted the store and informed them of the oversight, and the woman I spoke to was well aware of the fact that the items were missed and apologized for the unfortunate slip up. I asked if they could rectify this by offering some freshly constructed quesadillas (the missing items), as I would gladly drive back to the location. I had misspoke on the phone that I was short 4 of the aforementioned items, when in fact it was 2. Upon arriving back at the store and receiving the shorted items, the gentleman at the drive-thru apologized. I informed the gentleman that I had misspoke on the phone and that I would gladly pay for the 2 additional quesadillas. I was able to keep the additional items at no charge as a gesture of goodwill for me having to make the second trip to complete my order. This location has a solid staff that truly understands the tenets and functionality of customer service. The food is always amazing, the location is ideal, and the staff are top-notch. Read moreFirst time I went, I ordered a nachos Navidad with no sour cream, no olives, no tomatoes, no guacamole. I get my order and they give me just regular nachos with literally 3 colored chips, so I go back and politely ask for the correct nachos, telling them how I ordered it. I get them but once I go home, it has all the toppings I asked NOT to have. Manager told me he'll leave a note with my name and order so I can come back within 30 days for the correct one. I go in the next day and there's no note, he asked me how to spell my first and last name, confirmed my phone number... Just to not leave the day manager the note he told me he would leave. They did give me the correct order anyways which was great. The second time I went, I tell them I want a cherry Pepsi and Dr Pepper. Get home to find that they give me two Pepsi's. Tonight, I go back, come home with a mountain dew that is just colored, carbonated water. I've worked fast food as a manager and this is very pathetic. Simple things that were not done correctly 3 different times. I was kind, patient and understanding until tonight. Clearly, they're too busy chatting to each other instead of taking care of business. I'm ask for having fun and socializing while working but it needs to be while getting the job done RIGHT...
Read moreI dont think I'll be eating here again. I want to say I've been eating here a few times a year for a few years now. Maybe 1/3rd of those times the food is good. This last time.. I dont really have words. I'll post pictures. The olays were old, they werent even warm when given to me. The burrito wasnt a burrio(it was attached to the paper and smashed like a quesadilla or something), and my raspberry iced tea was pee flavored water. This burrito was not worth 8$, it tasted gross too because of the old olays in it, and definitely didnt have the right ingredients.
The time before this I had been given a bag where the nacho cheese cup and been thrown in and poured over every item in it.
Time before that there were items forgotten. And the wait for this drive thru is ALWAYS 5-8 minutes. How do I not get fresh food waiting that long? I used to absolutely love taco John's, but each time I've gone the food is not good and the place doesnt seem to have a single adult working there.
I think I'll stick to taco bell or qdoba, they've never done me wrong like TJ's. I'm not mad, just disappointed. So...
