From other reviews, it seems like most people have had good experiences here. But I definitely didnt. The employee helping (forgot to look at his name tag) was extremely lazy. I needed a new battery, and specifically went to Battery Plus because they do free installs. This employee said they didn't have they battery i needed stock. Fortunately, I had dealt with him long enough that I distrusted him, and when another employee entered the room, he overheard our conversation and informed me they actually did have the battery I needed and showed the first employee exactly where it was. (it happened to be where the first guy had originally been looking - ironic) It seriously seemed like he didn't even want me to buy it. The first guy then informed me that he was unable to do the install, because he felt "uncomfortable with it" The second guy asked why, and said that they should be able to do it just fine. The first guy got defensive and argued about how it would be "impossible", so I asked the helpful employee if he could go take a look instead. At first it seemed like he was going to, but the first guy argued with him long enough he changed his mind. The lazy guy carried the battery to my car (I regret even buying it from them - i should have taken my business elsewhere) and put it in my trunk.    Read moreI have had a great experience in the past, but not with my recent service. I took a phone in to have the screen repaired and they didn't have the screen in stock. They had to order the screen and it would take about a week and then a day to repair the phone. Works for me. A month goes by and I hear nothing. I call the store to find out what is going on and my order had been cancelled without anyone telling me. Apparently, the screen was discontinued. They told me they had contacted my mother and that she said not to order another screen! What! My question is how they supposedly got my mother's phone number? Finally, after 35 minutes on the phone, they finally got another screen ordered. They said they would call when it came in so I could drop the phone off. Again, I heard nothing. I called a few days later and they said they had it, I should bring the phone in, and they will call me when the repair is done. Again, no phone call. I stopped on my lunch hour, and it was done. I had explained to the gentleman behind the counter what happened and never, NEVER, did anyone offer a discount for the delay and the aggravation. Just 20% off phone accessories. What a joke! Not saying I was looking for a discount, but it would have made me feel like they actually care about their customer. My recommendation is to go elsewhere or sit around waiting for a phone call and screen that you probably won't get. I...
   Read moreThese guys are good with people but I took off over 12 hours of work this week to pick up my phone and kept being told it would be ready the next day, drove home in a blizzard on Monday because I had to drive back to rapid city from spearfish where I live for the 2nd time that day to bring it back. Brought my phone in for a simple screen repair and the technician working on my phone broke my home button which has an antenna in it causing a 3 day delay on my repair, put over 200 miles on my vehicle, took the time out of my day to drive and wait in their store twice for over an hour each time to be told I had to pick it up later. When I made my original complaint and asked for a bit of a refund over the phone the manager Luke told me he would have me taken care of and the next day when I went to pick up my phone the owner spit in my face by saying the maximum he could do was $20 for gas. Will never be going there again and unless you have a few days for possible mistakes they made I wouldnt advise...
