Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Raritan Township

No one was at the entrance; after waiting a bit, we started walking to the bar. The place was 10% occupied.

While walking to the bar, we looked around and sat ourselves at the high top table.

This was not received well by the staff. After ignoring us for almost 15 min, an annoyed server approached us. I saw her coming and said Hi. Instead of a courteous reply, she extremely rudely yelled, "NEXT TIME YOU WAIT AT THE ENTRANCE TO BE SEATED." She made it a point that other guests, as well as her colleagues, hear her.

We asked her if we shall go back and stand at the entrance, to which she smirked. Her expressions were that of a winner. We, of course, felt terrible and said no thanks and expressed that we would leave. She seemed happy about us going and picked the menus from the table, and walked away. The glorious server was applauded with smiles from her colleagues as we walked out.

I agree that we made a mistake, but she could have been courteous in greeting us back and later, at some point, mentioned that we should have waited at the entrance.

We have been regular customers for the last six years, but I believe a zero-tolerance policy for stupid mistakes is practised here. Please keep it up, and...

Went for all you can wat wings, wings were what you would expect from bww, albeit relatively cold. Service was absolutely ridiculous. Didn’t have the table approached for almost half an hour after sitting down, wasn’t even that busy. After ordering the all you can eat our waitress made a point in avoiding our table for the rest of the night. After about 20 minutes of watching her try to talk up another table, someone I was eating with had to go interrupt her conversation to get us all a second order, which we had tried signaling for several times. We also had to go track her down 45 minutes later for a check, after trying to get her attention for the entirety of that 45 minutes looking to place another order of wings. In all, we ordered our meals 2 hours before closing, and our waitress returned to our table one time in those two hours. Service was abysmal to the point that some of the folks at my table ended up walking up to the bar themselves to get their own drinks. I’ve never considered not leaving a tip or walking out on a meal in my life, and I would never do it. But both absolutely ran through my mind during this meal, you couldn’t pay me to...

Visited on Friday, thought it would be a fun way to start off our weekend get away. My husband and I ordered drinks, 2 beers, both arrived icy cold. Placed our order with the waiter. HATCH CHILE CON QUESO app, the BAYOU PO'BOY with shrimp for my husband and the BUFFALO BLEU BURGER for me. About 25 minutes passed when our entrées arrived. We were a bit confused since the app hadn't arrived. Questioned the server about it and she said she'd bring it out. At this point we told her to cancel it. A couple minutes later our waiter arrived, we explained what happened, he didn't seem phased at all. We also told him my husband's PO'BOY came out with chicken not the shrimp he had ordered. Our waiter then explained they no longer had shrimp, and didn't offer to get something different for him. I also tried to make him aware my burger and fries were cold, but again no offer to remedy the issue. At this point we were quite hungry and just ate. No refills on drinks were offered and no extra napkins brought over, I had to get them myself from the server station. Moral of this story? We will never spend another dime at...
