5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH... My Entire family and I were so impressed with the Exceptional Service from the moment we entered until the time we left.. The Warm atmosphere home like feeling, the cleanliness at our table all the way to the restrooms were immaculate. Ohh Yes and the Food was beyond Delicious and was presented to each one of us to our liking As We Requested.. If I lived in the area I would be eating here Everyday hands down, wont think twice about going anywhere else.. Dining out is a privilege these days but what makes your meal even better is the service that you are given.Having an elderly parent in a walker or wheelchair is a challenge as well and we were greeted with doors being held open and being guided safely to a table.. Our waiter was Social, he was polite, kind friendly and on point with all of our meals and requests and made it his priority to come around in occasion to help clean up and see if we were ok.. The manager came out to make sure we were ok and even sat with us, we joked and talked he was so kind and professional. My family and I were Beyond Impressed that I felt the need to go a step further to call the District Manager on a Sunday not only to Thank him for hiring such a polite staff but also to recognize how detail oriented each one of them were with everything they did. Thank you Paul. Kevin, Edward, Chira, Molly, Kira, Elina and the rest of the Longhorn staff, please keep up the beautiful work you do. The world needs more people like you. God Bless You All and best of...

LongHorn Steakhouse in Flemington isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a glorious temple of meat, where steaks sizzle, butter melts with purpose, and every bite feels like a warm hug from a cowboy who smells faintly of mesquite smoke and ambition.
Walking in, you're greeted by an atmosphere that whispers, "You’re about to make a deliciously irresponsible decision." The decor is peak Western chic—think rustic wood, dim lighting, and just enough cowboy memorabilia to make you wonder if you should have ridden in on a horse.
The service? Impeccable. My server had the perfect balance of enthusiasm and steak expertise, guiding me through the menu like a seasoned trail guide leading pioneers to culinary greatness.
And the food? Oh, the food. The bread arrived warm and fluffy, probably baked with love and the whispers of angels. The steak? Cooked so perfectly that I briefly considered proposing to it. Juicy, flavorful, and seasoned like it had been blessed by the gods of grilling. The sides were more than just an afterthought—mashed potatoes so buttery they could make Paula Deen blush, and a Caesar salad that somehow made me feel both healthy and indulgent at the same time.
Overall, LongHorn in Flemington is a carnivore’s paradise, a warm and welcoming outpost on the frontier of hunger. 12/10, would saddle up for...

At the end of our meal the server came by and asked about dessert and I was confused because we already solved that. I went to go find our server after she left to remind her couldn’t find her came back to the table check was already drops so I went to the host and to confirm that they did relay The message to her they said they did and that they will remind her but I told him that she already dropped the check and my father had paid I said don’t worry about it because literally we were getting up to go at this point. As we’re getting up to come the server drops the desert which was TON whip cream and a scoop of ice cream and a candle in it. I see they try to fix the problem but kind of disappointed that they really dropped the ball on this one. Server didn’t he apologize just express that there’s a problem with...
