Great staff. Always helpful at checkouts, tires and at the courtesy desk.
Just a thought, could an employee be around to assist old ladies like me, lol, with loading beverages into their carts? Grabbing a case of vitamin drinks today off a pallet and lifting it into my cart was a bit hard today.
Ready made foods....flavors are usually excellent except on many occasions those foods are oversalted. We are talking blood pressure spiking, mouth puckering, salted.
You can taste the flavors but the salt prevents you from ever finishing your purchase.
We were so disappointed in their very salty chicken pot pie this Thanksgiving. Due to covid-19 we stayed home and that was to be our main meal. We instead had hamburgers. It added to our overall disappointment in missing our family and friends. I then went out and bought a đŚ the next day for a meal. We have since returned to buying our chicken pot pies at our local Amish store. Hubs enjoys well seasoned food, but these ready made foods at our local Costco are truly way over salted.
The shrimp platter has the same issue but this time it's the cocktail sauce....it is much too sweet. Why all the sugar,?
However, the rotisserie chicken is pretty darn good. It is rather tasty.
They do sell some really nice clothing, but only if you're a smaller person. Larger female sized clothing are hard to find.
I've been buying pistachio nuts from Aldi's and ShopRite for quite a while. I must say the ones I got at Costco today we're far superior in looks and contents. The last couple bags I bought at Aldi were either burnt or empty shells, lots of empty shells.
I enjoy seeing new products at Costco, especially all the seasonal ones.
Costco steaks are amazing. They are well worth the money.
Costco gasoline is always a good buy.
The food court items are so so. We've tried the pizza but it was much too doughy. The hot dogs we ok, but too salty and the bun is sweet.
I like buying bulk for some items, and seeing new merchandise. I know I can always get kitchen and bath items here. It's a fun place to shop, but I would love to be able to buy their prepared foods. Perhaps they could offer no salt items so we can add our to...
Read morePSA: They are now asking for ID at the register ONLY. Whoever is shopping has to be the person on the Costco card. I am the child of a member, residing in the same household, using my parent's card to shop for the family, and they kicked me out after 2 hours of shopping and well over $400 in my cart AT the register. Not the front when they ask for proof of membership, at the very end. Their ONLY resolution? Corner you and try to bully you into another membership. If you're an executive member, you have almost the same benefits as a normal person in regards to people on the membership, unfortunately we just realized its not worth it. When asked why they didn't ask at the door, 'People got mad'. I would've much rather be mad at the door, than mad after wasting 2 hours of my day. Having my time disrespected is so disheartening for a store I used to love. Manager was absolutely no help whatsoever, and resorted to the card saying 'non-transferrable' after spending at least the last 4 years not enforcing that and with no signage or employee action in enforcing it. He also blatantly lied about when this enforcement began (he said 3 months ago) as I spoke to other Costco members most stated they didn't need this 1-2 weeks ago. Take accountability for yourself and your store, and stop lying to people that pay to be here. Not even the pharmacy attendant who physically checked the back of my card, said anything. There is no signage at all (which you should have if it's been enforced for "3 months"), anywhere, employees don't even say anything. This place is no longer family friendly, so if you work on weekends and send your kids out, you're out of luck. I was at a Costco in Pittsburgh last week with the same card and NOBODY checked anything. The only thing that saved these people was that I also work retail so I somewhat get it but I sure have better management than this. The store is grifting. This was a really poor experience between the employees and...

I purchased the tires online and scheduled an appointment to install for my Range Rover Velar at least a week in advance. Arrived there 15 mins before the appointment time (10am appointment) and dropped off the car and was told by Rudy (Manager in the picture) it will be about an hour to +15 minutes. He wouldn't look at me or say hi or good morning to begin with - the manager needs a lesson in customer service to begin with. At 10.32am I received a call stating they don't know how to switch off air suspension and saying if something happens I have to pay to repair and might be around $10k. I requested the tech and manager to call the Edison, NJ tire center and was refused. Took the car out and in 5 minutes I was able to go through the manual and figure it out. Came back in and was told that my appointment was up and it might now take another 3 hours by Rudy. After arguing and frustrated told them I need the car in one hour. Another technician named Joseoh was making comments about me behind my back. Also complained to store manager Flavia who was excellent and mentioned that I report the incident to the head office as well. The car was finally delivered after almost 2 hours. The tire center needs to be learned how to treat the customer first and foremost starting with the manager Rudy. Justin the supervisor attended to the car and he knew how to communicate out of the lot there.
Noticed after driving away the tire air caps were not even installed, wheel lock left in a cup holder and the air pressures were wrong after spending more than 3...
