I waited in line which wasn't a problem. I'm a case manager in the area and was very excited to discover this place, thinking it would be worth the wait. I bring bagels and coffee to my clients every week and just discovered mel's this morning. After waiting, I presented my credit card. I waited another seven minutes to be asked for another card.. Embarrassing but I figured I'd blue that off and went and got a different credit cards and gave to them. Another six minutes later, I was told the credit card machine was down. Understandable. It happens. The woman behind the counter have me back my card and took my order, which I already had in my hands, back. She jet the other guy who had given her a card that wouldn't work either his food and key him walk out of the store. I'm very unhappy with the entire event. It was two bagels and a coffee. They pay attention to the smallest details like serving iced coffee where the ices are made with coffee so they never get diluted.
Pro tip: Mel's everything bagel toasted with little bit of cream cheese, guyere cheese, scrambled eggs, red onions, and bacon. That's how...
