Absolutely the worst experience at a chipotle. Order was due at 7:00, I had ordered 2 butritos, I was on site waiting with people who had been there waiting since 6:15. At 7:55 they finally decided to tell the line of of who had been waiting for over 45minutes that we could stand in line and reorder our mobile orders and go when they were ready since we had paid... it was then that some customers asked for refunds (fully understandable) and then one of them whom had said that he believed they were doing a great job trying to keep up was assaulted by another upset customer and then they guy who assaulted him stood and waited next to us until we go our food and left. The staff did not call the police NOR dis they check on the guy who had been assaulted.. Absolutely terrible day, worst experience ever. I will be posting this to the portage county social pages and letting everyone in the area know what little bit of safety knowledge is held by management staff at this location. Please be safe out there and be sure to not mobile order here— best advise, just drive to Kent... sucks to say but this one is not worth your time.
Staff was otherwise lazy and some seemed to not even be aware of simple tasks such as bagging orders— she simply couldn’t understand that to-go orders go in bags to go.. several customers were visibly extremely irritated... not a single table was cleaned off, napkins all empty and condiments unfilled. Not a single staff member besides the two working the mobile orders seems to have ANY sense of urgency whatsoever— kudos to both of them, I tipped them both individually for their hard work and dedication.. shame on the rest of the staff for their lack of team communication and for honestly not even trying... worst part of it all, when someone had asked for the manager, we were all told that the manager was in the back office and they could satisfy our needs.. that is a joke... at the very least serve your paying customers a drink if they stand waiting for over 25minutes... let alone an hour or more. That's a basic fast food issue fixer. And not one of them seemed to have anyone leading them. Such a sad display of management and I feel sorry for the employees putting up with such a pathetic show of service by their management.
Oh, wait.. One lady waited almost 2 hours for a bowl and side of chips and a drink... after an hour she got her drink.
Bottom Line, this chipotle was not ready for Ravenna... especially this time of year and with the building design they chose it looks really difficult to make anything function.. if you go here bring patients and food for your...
Read moreWe pulled up to the chipotle lane. The lady had ear buds in seemed aggravated we even ordered food handed 1 bag said have a good night when we had 2 bags plus 4 drinks. Waited a few minutes fir her to come back while multiple people side eyed us waiting for the rest of our food. We told her we had another bag and drinks she gave is them asked what we wanted for the large drinks then rolled her eyes after we told her we wanted the tractor lemonade and tractor watermelon limeade she comes back with lemonade and a mandarin drink... maybe if she had better customer service skills and no ear buds she would have heard what was said instead of being aggravated about doing the job she was hired to do. I work in customer service and sure not always pleasant but you deal with that away from customers not in front of them. If you cannot handle face paced environments this is definitely not a job for you. I usually bypass multiple chipotles to come to this one because I lo e it I don't know if I'll give it the time of day again. From the food having to come all the way back here, then her going all the way out there for 2 drinks, then driving back yet again you could guess that the food would be cold at that point. So she requested they re made the food so that she could enjoy our meal that we just wasted 30 dollars on. After my wife made the request the gentleman went to tell the manager and the staff of her request and they all proceeded to laugh at her. This is lack of etiquette, professionalism, common human decentency and respect. They think it's funny that she requests a new meal while I find it mind blowing that they can find humor in her request when they don't even have enough brain function to process adding a drink to meal.
