Siciliano's Pizzaria — Restaurant in Ravenna

This is the best pizza shop in the entire world. I have been a longtime customer and always will be. The food is the absolute best. I crave this pizza if I go without it for too long. That's how good it is. I'd say the best part is the sauce, but in reality, it is the whole pie. Every ingredient has a unique taste you can't find anywhere else. Bad experiences and bad food do not exist here. I always leave with a smile on my face and such a good smell in my car that I have to eat a slice before I leave the parking lot. Then I get the good taste in my mouth and I have to stop myself from eating another slice right away so I can drive home and share it with my family and friends.

I have Celiac, and finding gluten free crust that is good but also, staff that follow the proper prep, is not always easy. I grew up in Ravenna, seems the GF crust is relatively new for Siciliano's. I called in and asked some questions about prep, the staff did give me all the proper precautions, but she assured she would prepare the pizza herself, she had been mistakenly diagnosed with Celiac in the past, and was familiar with the disease. She checked the meats, and since they weren't for sure safe, recommended fresh veggies only (no complaints from me!). The crust was AMAZING, she said they had spent a long time trying different crusts before they settled on this one. I always wait until the next day to review because some of my symptoms start 12-16 hours later, haven't had any of the immediate or later onset symptoms I get. First time ever ordering from this place and it is most definitely my last. They are beyond overpriced and overrated. I ordered 2 orders of 25 wings, one garlic that was overly greasy to the point that by the time I got home the grease had leaked out all over my truck and the other order being bbq which was the worst bbq wings my mouth has ever tasted. The bbq wings tasted nothing like bbq but rather like a box of salt drenched ketchup. I would have at least expected subpar, but that was not the case. I paid $50 plus for wings that I couldn’t eat.
