Worst customer service I have ever endured. Ignoring customers in their drive thru, yelling at customers in front of their children, the DT attendant literally screamed like a banshee at customers after rudely harassing them until they either left angry without their order or in my case served the order back to them.
Considering in the past this location had a store manager who was snorting lines of coke on shift, and after that manager was removed it improved, only to revert back to such a poor level of quality in which nearly all orders are completed wrong, food is served undercooked or burnt, simply standard cleanliness is ignored and staff is beyond the scope of rude or vulgar towards guests all shows that Wendy's as a whole does not seem to understand how to properly train their store's staff to cater to their patrons. It seems that the Sassy Twitter of Wendy's corporate has caused for a loss of grasp on integrity to a chain that has shown to be in the past "the better option"... Clearly that is no longer true, especially when the store across town tells me they would never step foot near this location due to it's terrible staff and practices... Yes. Wendy's employees from other locations view this store as the absolute worst NOT because of it's busy nature, but instead due to the internal problems and lack of structured ability to maintain a well balanced workplace and customer experience.

   Read moreJodi the Store manger took my order. She told another employee to take over the register because the store was busy. I didn't mind the store being busy or the wait but the representative forgot to give me my nuggets with my four for four and she also forgot to give me my drink I ordered a couple of other things so I didn't realize that it happened. I called up to the restaurant and I spoke with Jody the manager who seem to be frustrated with me because I had left my stuff. When I walked in another girl tried to assist me Jody ran over and told the other girl you are not a manager you are not allowed to give out free food I advised Jody that the food was not free because I had paid for it I am the one whose order was messed up Jodi stated in my face I don't believe you but I'm going to give you the Nuggets anyway. I told Jody why would I have to lie about not receiving any nuggets. So she mumbled and walked away and then proceeded to have a whole conversation about me at the fry station where the Nuggets were being cooked telling the other representative I was lying and she was not going to argue with me she didn't through my back it hit the floor.    Read moreIf I could do a half rating I would. It is completely ridiculous how long it takes to order food or pick up an online order. I get being understaffed, but itâs no excuse. There was a worker who was changing trash while everyone else was working as fast as they could to get the orders up. He had no buisness doing the trash while they were so behind. You canât even get through the drive through in a timely manner. I ordered my food online in hopes to not have to wait a ridiculous amount of time, but that didnât happen. I waited in the drive through for a while with 2 cars ahead of meâŚfinally I decided screw this Iâm going inside. Where there were 2 people in front of me. 1 waiting for her order to be done and another waiting to get his taken. I asked to get my food since I had it ordered ahead of time. While the one guy was trying to pack my order and get it to me his coworker rudely took over what he was doing which resulted in an argument. The guy who was originally packing my order ended up walking out.
