Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Raymond

New review; Well time has taken its toll on this nearly brand new dominoes location. I previously had a good experience but today when I ordered two pizzas it was not good. I ordered a large New York style crust but didn’t get that for sure. I also tried to order a small thin and crispy crust but because I can’t get that crust in a small I changed to a medium. Without me catching it the website changed my crust to what I think is hand tossed but I’m not sure. So, I will take some responsibility for the medium pizza but definitely not the large pizza. It was the same crust as the medium pizza and definitely not New York style. When I tried to call them about the mistake no one would answer the phone. I’m very disappointed and will definitely not be giving them my business for awhile.

So I ordered 3 Alfredo pasta dishes, I have 3 daughters under the age of 4, between 2 dishes it wasn’t enough to fill the small kids tray, about 4”x2”,on top of having onions and lettuce in the pasta when that’s not even what’s in the dish. when we called we were answered by a polite young man who immediately told us he could help and would send new trays. About 5 minutes later a woman called us asking if we understand portions, which was utterly absurd, we get poor quality 85% and this is still the first we called, after agreeing to send 2 dishes after we explained that one, the dishes had onions and lettuce in them that we would have to combine 3 dishes to have half a full dish, when the delivery got here they only had one dish and no forks. Making a review because this is now the 4th time we have gotten food from this location and all 4 times something was wrong. This time around I ordered my pizza with no garlic crust but still got garlic crust. Do we read our customers instructions or do we just make pizzas how we feel? One of the times i wasn’t given my second pizza. Dominos pizza is dominos pizza I don’t expect it to be the greatest but I do expect my order to be right the way I order it with good customer service.
