*EDIT:#²: Today everyone was awesome except I almost didn't get what I wanted because of lack of communication and ability to correctly look for an item. But everything else was great ty. *EDIT:#¹:→Over the past couple of days I've noticed new staff and that the manager who was great is now gone. A couple of people from this new staff are not nice at all. The 1st being the new food prep person (well she's been doing that the last 2 days anyway) she's Lantina with her hair slicked back in a bun or something(that's just to describe who she is, I AM NOT RACIST in any way!!), she has been the worst. Today while at the drive through it took me 2 secs to grab my card but heard her in the back yelling about it taking too long and why wasn't it ready, then after we paid she screamed at the cashier to have us drive off and leave because we can't be sitting there but we were waiting for a receipt which we never get at this business, always have to ask and they've already thrown it away. They should be giving everyone receipts no matter what. Then she screamed again for us to drive around and come inside if we wanted it. The 2nd was a young Caucasian girl with brown hair in a ponytail, My boyfriend asked what the Latina woman's name was or her badge number for the survey on the receipt She replied with "I don't know, we don't have badge numbers were not cops." In a sarcastic manner. That was uncalled for. He then asked another staff and that lady said she didn't even know who she was. How can she not know? Makes no sense. These people must be from a different Dunks where they think it's okay to treat people this way. It seems they are severely overworked and understaffed but that's no excuse to be rude to a customer under any circumstances. This is not the first Dunks I've experienced this either. It's at almost all of them. I've been to every Dunkin's from Portsmouth to Concord and down to Boston and up to Portland and almost every single one has at least one person who acts this way. Every Dunks in the Manchester area has been the worst of them all. They would start with an attitude like this then when the customer replies and just wants to be treated fairly they get kicked out and the staff don't get fired. How does that even work?! I will make sure that if anything like that happens again I will NOT let it go because it's not fair and I'm sick of feeling like a burden to people whose literal job is to serve others. (This was my original review--》》Great place, nicest staff in the whole of NH and excellent...
Read moreGuy working the drive thru window is completely wrecked on opiates. Nodding out standing up, i handed him my card and before the card reader went through he was neck bent eyes closed wobbling. It happens evert time i see him there. I'm not one to put people on blast, but maybe this will lead to this person getting help. I'm very familiar with opiate addiction and one main thing you don't want to do is let the person get away with it, no matter how bad you need the employee. In an addicts mind he thinks he's tricking everyone and that Noone knows what's going on. If he was out standing outside 7/11 I wouldn't post about it on the town page, but this is an employee of a business. Noone looks good in this situation. Something ever happens at that store due to his addiction then the owners are going to wish they did something sooner. And if your blind to it and haven't noticed, send a secret shopper thru the drive thru on his shift. Again, I'm not happy to make this review. But if by me writing this somehow prevents him from hurting himself or others (physically/monetarily) or even more, saves his life. Then I'll keep writing about it every day. Because opiate addiction is a pandemic at the moment and Noone is talking about it. It won't go away if you ignore it, people die. Prayers for this...
Read moreI used to love the Raymond Dunkin Donuts. Went there almost everyday, great service. I've never ran into any problems there, until today. I went in with my family to grab a hot cup for my coffee (I've been doing it for as long as I can remember).. then all of a sudden, the shift leader comes out and takes the hot cup out of my hand copping an attitude. I didn't know we weren't supposed to take the hot cups because I've been doing it for a while now, ever since I started going there. She was being rude and disrespectful to me over something I wasn't used to. She was yelling at me telling me not to come back, I'm not supposed to do this/that, etc. It was terrible service and an employee who shouldn't be working with the public if they're going to cop an attitude.
PLEASE READ THIS.... Everybody root with me and get her fired! Contact corporate, manager, something! She is a shift leader, her name is Mae. Somebody please do something so this doesn't happen to anyone else! We, the public, deserve a healthy environment without negativity. Thank you...
