Would give no stars if I could. Placed a mobile curbside order. Checked into the lane when I got there. App said it would be out in 5 minutes. I usually give an additional 10 minutes as I know sometimes it can be busy, but 15 minutes went by, then 20, then 25 and still my order was not brought out. Decided to go through the drive thru. Politely told the girl taking orders what I was there for and she told me to pull through. Get up to the second window and the little girl at the window had an attitude and was being rude to not only me, but the other girl who was trying to hand the food past her through the window. By this time, I'd been there for nearly 40 minutes. Another little girl inside said, "If she'd just stayed in lane 3, she wouldn't have got her order already." I did stay there. For 20 minutes longer than the app said it would take. By the time I got our food, I was ready to get home to feed my son so I didn't go through the bags while at the window. I get home and they not only messed up the drinks, they completely forgot his happy meal and the fries were soggy and half full. To make matters worse, I attempted to call up there to get refunded at minimum for the meal we did not recieve AT ALL, and no one would pick up the phone. If we do not get a response and a refund, we will be reporting to the BBB. I've managed multiple stores before and this is unacceptable. The mouthy little girl with the attitude should be reprimanded. This used to be a good location, but sadly it seems ownership doesn't realize that quantity of workers is seldom better...
Read morei went thru the drive thru because my six year old granddaughter and I had been shopping and we were picking up food for 4 people to eat when we got home. After I placed my order at 1:35pm, I drove to the window and was given my drinks and told the food was not ready yet and to pull up into the #1 spot and my food would be brought to me. After waiting about 15 minutes a girl came out and asked me if my order was 3 fries and bunch of burgers. I explained that I had ordered 2 burgers and 2 chicken nuggets, a 6 piece and a 10 piece. She told me she would get my order. TEN minutes later, she came out and told me that they (not her) DIDN’T BELIEVE ME and she was sorry. I then pulled out my receipt and SHOWED HER EXACTLY what I had ordered. I gave her the receipt and she took it inside. Another 10 minutes later she came out with my food and apologized again. I CAN’T believe I had to PROVE that I had ordered $25 worth of food and wait 40 minutes for it to arrive. If my granddaughter hadn’t been with me, I would have MARCHED into the McDonalds and asked for the manager with my receipt in hand. I just wasn’t willing to get my granddaughter out of her car seat and then haul her into the McDonalds and make a scene in front of her. I eventually had to leave because I had very hungry and cranky children in car. I tried to call the store for 45 min when I got home and no one answered. After about 45 mins of calling and calling someone finally answered. I asked for a refund and they asked if I was outside still, I started that I placed my ordered 45 mins ago and it’s funny that he thinks I was still outside waiting. They said they can only refund me my money if I was there and was advised that I need to request a refund through the app. I was not able to locate a option to request refund and I called on Monday to corporate (corporate customer service was close on the weekend). I filed a complaint that the store was not helpful and refused to refund me my money. I was told someone would call me from the store and now it’s been a week and a half since I placed my complaint and still have not heard anything and they still have not issued a refund.
