Taco Bell — Restaurant in Rayne

This was the worse experience we have had at this store. Employees were unconcerned and had no solutions. I wish I could post a picture. Our order was almost $20. Everything was soggy, old and cold. The store was out of everything. This was my first time using the app. I ordered 2 burrito Supreme with no onions or tomatoes and added extra lettuce. I was charged for the lettuce and didn't get it. The burrito also did not have any sour cream. I ordered creamy jalopeno sauce and they were out but had no way to refund my order. My husband also had a bean burrito with extra red sauce and 2 soft tacos. His burrito consisted mostly of red sauce and onions. We ate 1 taco, a couple bites of the bean burrito and a third of the burrito Supreme. The rest went into the garbage. If I could give this meal no stars I would. And they want to up minimum wage for this...

Nacho fries were old and cold. When I asked for some new ones the young manager lady came out and said "yes, what's your problem?" How very fing rude!! It's not a problem I have... When I told her the fries were old she said, " well I can't get the fryer to work" I said well you could have told me that when I was in line in the drive-thru picking up my mobile order and she was like "who ?who could have told you ? because nobody knew that there was an issue with the fryer" I was like but you did and you didn't have to serve me old cold nacho fries. She did offer me another item to replace it but that did not make up for the attitude bc they did...

This place is not even worth one star. My family went to the drive thru ordered our food, we got our drinks couldn't tell what drink was diet Dr. . Pepper, or coke. Nothing was punched. I ask which drink was which, the girl at the window said she had no clue she didn't fix the drinks, I said can you ask she said to smell them and started laughing. She than said if you want i can give you the manager's phone number laughing. I call corporate about this and still have not received a call. I'm done with this Taco Bell. I'm tryi9ng to find out the owner, don't know if that will...
