Burger King — Restaurant in Rayne

Worker at the drive through window forgot to give us our children's drinks. After we asked for them we were told to pull up. 15 minutes later, after watching at least 5 cars leave the drive through behind us, my husband went check on our food. 5 minutes later it was finally ready. Checked our order before driving away. Burger was wrong. Went inside to get them to remake it. Worker greated me rudely. I told them after waiting 20 minutes it was still wrong. She told them to remake my burger. While remaking my burger the two ladies in the front were fussing about another customer complaining their order was wrong too. They were rude to me the entire time I was there. I asked for the manager and she was in the back listening to her workers being rude to me the whole time. I asked for a number for the store owner. They claimed they didn't have one and told me to "Google it." My husband's chicken burger was not spicy as requested. My daughter said her's tasted only pickles. We won't...

Did not receive a receipt can’t even do a survey on the website bkexperience. I’m missing a double cheese burger and value fry. Have to come back inside because I came through drive thru. Get inside just for them to tell me they didn’t charge me and I’m explaining what I saw on the screen. Order taker doesn’t know what’s going on. Manager not even trying to fix the issue or even offer for me to purchase what I had in missing items. We ordered value because it’s always constantly missing items or attitudes about a order that cost more than $20. I don’t fully fault the manager but it’s the lack of integrity of fixing in store issues before having to reach out to corporate. Drive thru time is not that serious if you’re not achieving correct accuracy. Re-coach and train to build order rather than fix it and rush the customer for time that don’t even get...

I don't know if it's that I haven't been in burger King a while, or what, but this particular experience struck me as one of the better fast food encounters I've had in some time. Nothing exceptional in my selection, a number 1 with cheese. The meat was tasty, it came with the right amount of LTOP and condiments, the cheese was just starting to melt, and the bun was fresh. The fries were hot and crispy with a fluffy middle, and the chicken nuggets were surprisingly good ... more so than any recent experiences with their competitors. I splurged adding an order of chicken nuggets to the combo, but at 10 for $1 how can you not?!? Overall a really good fat food experience.
