Cocina Guatemalteca — Restaurant in Reading

My parents were in the area from out of town recently and wanted some Sancocho and we found Ana Restaurant nearby (highly recommend). We drove by, parked, and I noticed this place next to where we parked. I like food from everywhere and based on recent reviews I thought I would give it a try since I was already here. We got my parents food at Ana's to go and we're back within 10, maybe 15 minutes MAX. We're going to put the food in the car and then pop into this place when this lady comes out and says, "I'm letting you know this time if you ever park here again I'm calling the police on you, this spot is for the restaurant only." No questions, no "excuse me hello I own this restaurant and just so you know for next time this spot is reserved for my restaurant. Please don't park here if you're not coming in."

OK. First of all. There is NO SIGN saying that the spot is for the restaurant only. There IS a sign that says Loading Zone, which I didn't notice because it was getting dark and raining (it was around 6 to 7pm), and it was also a weekend. Ok my bad, sorry. Secondly, I'm not from this neighborhood and I'm not used to seeing these signs on a random residential street in Reading. Finally, you and I are both Latino and you know this because we're speaking IN SPANISH - don't throw the word POLICE around so easily for something like this.

You almost had a customer this day but you lost it because you want to come out of pocket and defend your precious space. If you don't know how to talk to people, then get a SIGN that says PARKING SPOT FOR RESTAURANT ONLY next to your one spot that is on a residential street and I wouldn't have parked here. I'm not a hooligan or some gangero. I was with my parents that are in their 70s. You think I parked in your space to spite you? Cmon.

Again, apologies for taking up your parking for all of 10 or 15 minutes. Won't happen again. I was about to visit YOUR restaurant to try your food before I was greeted so rudely by you, but don't worry, that also won't...
