Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Reading

This location is a hit or miss for me. One thing that continues to be an issue is when I order condiments or drinks and don't recieve them. It's really irritating as I am paying for these items so I expect to recieve them with my order. Some drivers are on point. Others not so much. I feel so petty calling to complain about condiments but I order frequently and it's really starting to add up price wise what I'm paying for and not receiving. I wish the drivers would take the extra 30 seconds to read the receipts and ensure the entire order is there. As someone who has worked customer service I understand that customer service can be extremely hard. People really suck. And I hate to be THAT customer. I will say that I am thoroughly impressed with Brian. I'm unsure if he is part of management or what but when I called tonight to complain about these dumb condiments he immediately offered to bring them to me. Thankfully I'm literally 4 minutes away. But I appreciate that effort. It's a shame to me though that others have to pick up the slack from other employees who don't take the time to ensure the order is correct. As a driver that's literally your job. Ashley, the driver, was nice. The delivery time was great. I just wish they'd take the time to read the receipt. This location is always hiring so it's probably an issue of overworked, under staffed and under payed. That's a huge problem in most customer service places. I ordered from here and I live 5 minutes away. Not only did the driver show up 2 hours late, but they pulled up to my house and honked the horn acting like I have super hearing and was waiting in the comfort of her car for 1 minute then drives off with my order and went back to the store. Clearly you guys need better drivers because the driver ( Lisandra or crystal) whoever she is doesn’t need her job if she is going to provide poor customer service like this. Not to mention she wanted to fight my wife when I called her telling her she just left with our food. 😂😂 talk about customer service lol. She needs to re-evaluate her life before she loose her only job. Very degrading and nobody has time to fight especially when you have hungry customers. The manager was somewhat helpful when I showed up to the store to complain. Big mistake opening up this location and big mistake hiring...

Would give this dominos on okey st 0 stars if possible....orders are ALWAYS late up to 2 hours for delivery...food will be cold and the workers inside Dominos are ignorant especially the male manager and definitely should not have a job!! Actually hangs up and curses at u over the phone and will cancel ur order without telling you cuz he can NOT handle the stress obviously....One delivery driver was very polite...that's the only good thing I can say....so DO NOT order from this Dominos......
