The owners son be here with his snobby little rich attitude treating the people for the people all types of disrespectful ways. This morning as i got my breakfast and coffe a local security guard that works for the city doing great things to keep businesses like this safe got horribly disrespected while he was just sitting at an empty table with on a unoccupied seat this morning. The place was empty with no one he looked like he was tired from walking or working hard all day and night he humbly is seating quiet not bothering no one very polite . was being told infront of the few customers in the location and myself by the owners son u have to buy something or you have to leave its like no lie 30 Degree weather outside . I feel like if he didnt want him to be there ok he would of respected much more if he came privately and told one on one like real mens do. You didnt have to kick him out on the cold after being embarrassed for not being able to afford a $2 dollar coffe that breaks my heart . i feel like when u work for the public you have to be much more humble and respectful . I dont even want to come here anymore thats not cool bro your dad needs to go ahead and hire someon3 to replace you. You suck being in charge of a store where the customers are the ones that makes ur self to be able to keep affording it to remain open. That was truly wack my advices to his pops is . Get someone...
Read moreDecent coffee. Good service. The first time I came here on a Monday afternoon, it was BUSY. Line from the counter to the door. I came this Monday at the same time and there was no line at all, so I guess it depends on whether it's payday or not xD
They have 3 booths inside, and a handful of stools at a counter for charging your devices. Unfortunately, no outlets at the booths so it's either comfort or electricity. There's ample seating outside to enjoy your coffee in the "fresh" air.
Building is clean, employees are friendly and courteous. Service is super quick. If there's not a line, the drink is usually made before you even finish paying.
The reason this is a 4 star and not 5 star review is because of the Wifi. I don't just use my laptop for web browsing, I do server maintenance and use SSH to connect to my remote servers. Dunkin Wifi seems to have every port but HTTP/HTTPS blocked. So I was unable to get any work done while I was enjoying my coffee. If they un-blocked SSH ports,...
Read moreCustomer Service is deplorable! I waited on my order for 28 minutes. If they called my order, it must have while I was still in the restroom after placing my order. When I inquired after waiting patiently for 20 minutes, the clerk LIED and said they asked everyone (including myself) if it was their order. He tried telling me he asked me twice. AT NO POINT WAS I ASKED "Is this your order?" I requested they make a fresh order, as I was not eating cold food. The clerk said "that's on you. It's your fault it's cold," rather than just making a fresh order. He also refused to give me a refund, citing the same line of "it's on you." This location's customer service is despicable. I'd rather travel to the location on 5th Street Highway than return to the Penn...
