Warning quite a rant.
I am very disappointed with this McD's. I was starting to trust McD's again; however, today was an absolute total failure for McDonald's today. I made a mobile order, arrived on-site, and selected pickup inside. It was lunchtime, and the store was busy, so I patiently waited for my order. I didn't realize how long I was there, fifteen minutes until an employee asked me what order I was waiting for. I showed them my mobile order number and confirmation. They told me the system was down, and they weren't fulfilling mobile orders. I was shocked and explained that the app showed my order had been processed and I was charged. The employee and manager argued that I was not charged and refused to give me any part of my order. For context of how easily I could have left as a satisfied customer, my order consisted of a drink, cheeseburger and fries. The employees seemed quite content, telling me that it wasn't their fault that I couldn't get my order and there was nothing they could do. I had to leave disappointed. The kicker and the reason I decided to post this review, is that I found a charge from McDonald's on my daily bank account. Seeing that charge confirmed that the employees do not understand how the app works and what a total failure of good customer service I experienced today.
My suggestion is to go down the street to Perfecto's Caffe and get a sandwich there, it'll be better quality, and they treat you better. Whenever they can't get their online orders, they ask to see your confirmation and give you the food you paid for.
If you absolutely want fast food go to Burger King down the street. They haven't disappointed me yet, and their drive-thru doesn't feed you into a busy intersection.

Order taker wanted to be rude telling me to provide the code next time at the speaker when on other occasions I’m told to drive up and provide it. You all need to get on the same page. Get employees with legitimate paperwork and maybe your business will run more smoothly. Asked for extra ketchup and napkins got 2 of each. Shows how uneducated and pointless your “employees” are. This morning I placed a mobile order to be ready when I get there and the lady at the drive thru was extremely rude asked me to park even tho I ordered ahead had to wait anyways so I don’t understand the point of ordering ahead. I had to go inside to get my order and it was still not ready. When I asked for an estimate on time since I had to bring my kid to his appointment she ignored me then came and gave me my order mins after I asked her for her name she said she didn’t know as she rolled her eyes walking away.
