Rocky's Pizza Ltd — Restaurant in Reading

Definitely expensive for what you get. That's before they add their completely 4% operational fee on transactions. The food was below average. Pizza was fine. Nothing to write home about. The mozzarella sticks were undercooked with cold and solid cheese inside. The thing that annoyed me most was that their parmesan cheese was just the grated Kraft (or a similar brand) Parmesan cheese instead of real grated Parmesan cheese. There were no fountain drinks, so be prepared to pay by bottle of doda or whatever else you choose to drink. The atmosphere inside the shop is also not what I'd call "Family Friendly". The seating area is relatively small. That would be fine if it wasn't further cluttered by 7 gambling machines (or "Pennsylvania Skill Games" as they call them) and 2 ticket redemption machines. There is alcohol signage everywhere. I don't hold the alcohol signage against them, just noting it. I could not for the life of me find any napkins on any of the tables. The floor was also dirty. Given my experience, my opinion is that you should go to a better pizza shop instead...

I didn't even know about Rocky's Pizza until yesterday(8/3/12) cause I went for gas across the street to Turkey Hill, and I had to pick up a Pizza pie for dinner, and it had to be right away, so it wouldn't take off the route..... but I wanted good Pizza not your donmino or little cesar kind, that's ok for kids but for us it's either, oven brick or good Pizza.......Well I asked the girl behind the counter @ Turkey Hill if she knew a Pizza Place near by that might be good, she responded yes, right across the street, I was stund that I never notice that Place before....needless to say my husband and I especially me, were very Satisfied!!!! Oh PS...the Hot wings were just like I like them....I was back today again for more Pizza and a sausage hero...Delicious!!!!!...

It's clean inside... As for the people that work there... it all depends who's at the counter sometimes you can have an extremely nice person the next time you can have an extremely arrogant and rude person...but as for my experience with their food honestly its a hit or miss here....sometimes the pizza is great and other times like if you get a slice you could tell it's been sitting way too long... But definitely do not order a hoagie from here they put basically two pieces of meat 1 piece of cheese on a roll filled with all lettuce.... So basically your lettuce sandwich is $11 definitely not worth it. So this place is way overpriced for the little bit of food you will get and most of the food you can taste is Frozen out of bags...
