This is the worst Subway I have ever been to hands down⊠not only are the prices atrocious but they also donât take cash at all. The employee Christiana didnât help the interaction at all either and was extremely rude and condescending towards her subway teammate which then carried over to her customer service throughout the entire interaction.
Next the sandwich, you have a choice of white or wheat bread thats it. What happened to choices and being a subway artist? Next the amount of filling put on the sandwich was trivial at best. The tuna in this case wasnât even enough to get from one end of a 6 inch to the other. When I asked she stated thats enough for you. Then said well I guess I could put a little more on for a double charge. The tuna fish sandwich is $8.00 by itself for really nothing at this point. As all this is going on the next guy in line is receiving the same treatment and paying 20 bucks for a pastrami sandwich. This place is a total rip off and the customer service skills are no existent and horrible. Subway corporate needs to step in here because at this point I will not be going to subway for lunch or buying subway for my employees again. Immediately she was blatantly rude to us and had an attitude. She was trying to train Emma but her information was wrong. I had corrected this manager multiple times on what I wanted and what I had already told Emma. And I was met with more attitude from this manager. This manager was not wearing her name tag so I had to ask for her name and was met with the question âwhyâ. When she finally told me her name (Tonnie or something like that) she started asking personal questions about my name. This was quite a disappointing experience considering I have seen much better management at this establishment. I walked up to the counter and let her know I wanted to buy cookies and she said okay but continued doing what she was doing which was fine but I just kept standing they for a while and she asks is there something I can do for you so I tell her again I'm just trying to get some cookies which would have taken less time to do then her having me stand there and wait till she was done taking bread out of the sleeves.
