Bonkey's Ice Cream & Snoballs — Restaurant in Red Lion

After a hike I was googling local ice cream shops.. stumbled onto this one. When we showed up the parking was a little tight to pull into from Google maps but the building looked kinda cool.

My girlfriend ordered the peanut bi5ter marshmallow Sunday. I ordered a monster mint cookie shake... we paid and waited. Her ice cream was delivered almost inmediately.... time passed... 2 other complete orders got served and I still hadn't gotten my shake yet.

We asked the girl at the pickup window about the order and said "it's coming right up". A minute or 2 later my "shake" is delivered.....

It wasn't a shake though... when I opened it up it was like a cup of milk... I swirled around the straw and felt a ball of ice cream at the bottom.... did they forget to blend it? Is this how it comes? Like it was milk, with a ball of ice cream...

So a 15 minute wait... for a non blended...

i like their snowballs but not sure if i’ll be returning after our latest trip there. i typically get my dogs a small cup of whipped cream when I go, which last year was either free or 50 cents. Best ice cream and always multiple unique flavor options for the hand dipped. Soft serve is top tier. Service is quick. Huge line? No worries, they will get everyone in line ahead of you before you have time to pick which of the many flavors you want to try.
