First visit and last. I wanted to like this place based on the reviews. We live about 10 mins away and wanted to give this place a try. Pulled up to the drive thru and announced that this was our first time here (giving them opportunity to make sure we got fresh and hot food). We ordered General Chicken. Kung Pao, etc. Got home, checked food and was wondering why I had a plate of fried chicken with sauce on the side? Didn't know I had to pour the sauce over the chicken. Usually when you order from other places the General chicken is already tossed in the sauce. So no big deal until my husband's food had hair in it. So we called and spoke with the manager. She told us to bring the food back, etc. Mind you we live 10 mins away so it's already an inconvenience to have to stop family dinner to bring food back. Long story short, we bought some of the food back because at this point we want fresh, hot food especially because we had to come back and we were not going to eat cold food by the time all of this was said and done. My point is that when talking with the manager and asking to have some of our food remade, instead of going the extra mile of great customer service and giving us fresh food, she was getting annoyed and impatient with me as if it was my fault that we had hair in our food and that I wanted fresh and hot food especially for the inconvenience of having to come back. I got my money back instead because at this point it wasn't worth it. We went to our original place and was satisfied. First and last time if this is the kind of service you provide. Having the hair in our food was enough and we should have just gotten our money back for that instead of trying to get a...
Read moreFirst off let me start by saying I have been going to this restaurant faithfully for nearly a year every work day for lunch. I probably average around $200 monthly spending here. So I know a thing-or-two about this spot. I'm not even going to include any bias on Chinese food in this review and I'm just going to go based off of basic performance. Firstly, the food is always prepared quickly, sometimes, within 3 minutes of walking in, and that's during lunch-time. I think the longest I've had to wait for my food is 8 minutes. Secondly, it's always hot and fresh tasting, never over cooked or under cooked. But even if it was, just talk to the owner and he would 100% take care of you without charging you any additional money. Lastly, don't listen to any 1-2 stars reviews that have only visited this spot once and hardly even like Chinese food. People just Spam bad reviews when they're unsatisfied or having a bad day. I guarantee you if there was something that you ate here and weren't satisfied with, simply talk to the owner and he will get you right with...
Read moreI’ve eaten here a few times before and had zero issues. this past weekend i went with my boyfriend to eat, as it was one of my favorite places, and ended up in the ER the next day from severe food poisoning and dehydration from throwing up so much. my boyfriend also felt sick from what he ate but didn’t end up as bad as i did. i have reoccurring flashbacks from being up all night throwing up and dealing with unbearably painful nausea amidst other things i won’t write on the internet. i will never eat here again and quite possibly have sworn off eating this kind of food ever again. quite disappointed as it was one of my favorite places but don’t want to ever put myself through that again. not sure what went wrong in the kitchen to have ended up with such a bad batch of food but maybe the restaurant should be a little more careful as to what they serve their customers before more of them end up...
