I wish I could put zero stars!!! Worlds worst service!!! The woman, who took the order from my boyfriend and I, had horrible sass and was just rude. Not to mention that she couldn’t get any of the order right. They were just plain lazy!!! The blizzard couldn't be tipped over the Dairy Queen way without dripping everywhere. Then the two burrito supremes we ordered for my boyfriends mom with the cheese, chili, and onions on the side only came with enough for 1 burrito. You would think if you got two burritos that you would have 2 sides of cheese, 2 sides of onion, and 2 sides of chili!!! Then god forbid you want peanuts with your sundae. My boyfriend and I were just so fed up with the rudeness and sass that we went to McDonald’s and they gave us free peanuts. Not only did we get a laugh from McDonald’s but they didn’t seem shocked about the horrible service we received!!! It’s like they’ve heard it before. Please go to a different Dairy Queen I am very very disappointed and shocked with how bad the...
Read moreThere were approximately 7 cars in front of me but we waited because the inside was locked. I ordered 3 tacos and chicken strips for my babies. After 10-12 minutes I get to the window and am handed the order. We stopped by the gas station and I looked- the order was correct and had all the condiments requested. But I was so disappointed in how my tacos looked. They looked like they were thrown together literally. I took receipt out and called. After several rings a woman answered she asked me to hold. The cashier that took my order came on the line. I explained that this was not acceptable and would like a new better prepared order or my money back. Now parked in front of their front door I explained "I understand that the sign right here says due to a staffing shortage the inside is closed but this will not work." She said she'd make my order again and bring to the car, which she did. It was...
Read moreThe cashier appeared to be sleeping on the counter but instead her head was so far in her cell phone that she could not distinguish when a customer walked in or needed to order. She finally woke up and took our order. As we sat there waiting, I noticed our order sitting in the food window. Again, the cashier was so involved in her phone she didn’t notice the food was ready nor cared to alert us that it was ready. My husband went to the counter, had to get her attention away from her phone and asked if that was our food. She annoyingly handed him our food and went back to her head down, cell phone involved posture on the counter. Needless to say, our food was cold. We did not attempt to resolve this issue as this business had already established there was no concern for customer satisfaction. Worst experience at a DQ that I...
