I placed an online order to be picked up in 6-9 minutes. Upon arrival and checking in the guy behind the register told me I was 3 orders behind and it was going to be a 20 minute wait. I was kind of upset since the app said it’d be ready in 6-9 minutes. Called to get a refund and was told I’d have to wait 5-7 days for my refund. I told the guy on the phone that’s too long and I’d wait for the food. Waited 20 minute with many other displeased customers. A couple people got their food shortly after walking in. A customer waiting longer than I have been asked about his order and they only made half and rushed to drop strips to complete his order. When I asked about mine the guy was confused and couldn’t find my order. He got management to look my order up and they both told me I didn’t have an order. I told them I talked to another worker about mine being 3 orders behind and when they asked him about it they just figured someone else took it. The workers then got into a little argument about the whole ordeal in front of everyone. They continued to pass orders out and when I asked about mine they said they’d have to make it again and it’d be another 30 minutes. Manger hid in the back and was just relaying messages to the employees to deal with my issue. She wouldn’t even look me in the face. She wouldn’t give a cash refund , she wouldn’t tell me personally, just had the cook tell me I’d have to wait for them to fix it. I left and got in contact with the support team for my refund. Read moreThe night shift crew will ignore people waiting in line ready to take orders then one of the workers came from the trash area after smoking lord knows what? and just watched the people waiting in line and laughed as he was going in after smoking in the trash area. So we pulled up to the window to order then the worker said the intercom wasn’t working so we told him if we could order there at the window and he said he had to speak to his manager about it. Then after 10 minutes the I guess who was the manager came to the window and said he could take our order after putting the cash register back in and rang up our order. The meal was sloppily put together as if they were mad they had to work. I wouldn’t recommend coming here it’s obvious they weren’t trying to work and just trying to milk the clock so they can get their check. Whoever is the main manager that hires should really consider hiring a new crew for nights. I work nights myself so this is the only place to come to grab something to eat that’s close by. If they don’t like their job they shouldn’t work there and get another job instead of milking the clock and trying to get free money. Really considering going in the day time to complain. Read moreI come to this location very frequently, and I always get what I ordered, how I ordered, and very quick. This is my favorite Whataburger location, and me being a Whataburger fanatic...well that means a bit. But something out of the ordinary happened today...when I was in line, my trucks radiator blew up, with me and my dog in it, leaving us stranded. The staff immediately started helping me, and when I was out of line and in the parking lot, the manager herself came out to check on me and see if my dog was alright. Since I hadn't paid yet and didn't have any water or anything to drink, she brought me and my dog some waters, which were VERY much needed and appreciated. She helped my dog calm down, as well as I. She allowed me to pay for my food in the lot, and brought it out to me. On top of that, she let is use tge water faucet outside to get water for my truck. The entire staff was extremely nice and helpful, and I couldn't be more happy to have people like this around me and in my community. This is just another reason to love Whataburger, they aren't just some random people, these people are the embodiment of Texas!
