Noisy Water Winery — Restaurant in Red River

Terrible experience here. Would give 0/5 stars if possible. Came in on family vacation and couldn’t even hear myself think over the horrible music they had going. My boyfriends mom handed the girl behind the counter her card and it was given back to us, we got our wine and went outside to try to enjoy some quiet, turns out the girl never ran her card and we got our faces posted on facebook saying we stole from them. When we went back in to pay the workers admitted that they took our card but never charged us. We were never informed that we weren’t charged, there were also plenty of opportunities for the workers to have let us know this. I Don’t understand why our faces were posted on facebook as if we were thieves when it was a mistake on the businesses end. I’ve worked in customer service for years and can understand that mistakes happen all the time, but the way this situation was treated really put me off to ever wanting to give them a second chance. I stopped by to enjoy a glass of wine and sketch. I sat down because I had dog with me and I waited 5 minutes. I realized I wasn't going to get served if they didn't see me on the patio. So I came in with my dog ( who is very well behaved and being trained as a service dog) and the lady immediately asked me to keep the dog outside. I was okay with that, and asked her if I could get service on the patio? She said she would be out in a minute, and would come and get my order on the patio. Well, I waited like 30 minutes and she never came out. Reviews here all sound amazing and wanted that experience, but I guess because I had Fido with me, I'm not going to experience it. Noisy Water has become one of our favorite wineries over the last year, and that has absolutely everything to do with Toria and her team at the Red River location!

Every time we are Red River we make sure to stop in for a tasting and to pickup some bottles to take home with us. Toria and her team are exceptionally gifted at helping people at every end of the spectrum, whether new to wine or connoisseurs, find the perfect tastes for their pallets.
