This smoke shop not only takes advantage by price gouging accessories for vape mods as well as every line of vape juice is 5 to 10 dollars more than I used to buy it for in Minneapolis. And Minneapolis has more taxes and higher required minimums on nicotine products. I put up with it until two days ago when I just bought my THIRD full vape mod kit. I prefer the geek vape Aegis line because they last a long time and look sharp. I asked if the kit came with batteries and the salesperson, Tyler didn't know anything about any of the mods and instead of asking someone else to help me or to ask for guidance he just winged it through the sale. Well the batteries weren't included, and he offered me two price points on batteries leading to believe he at least knew that the batteries were both the same and when I asked him the difference he said the more expensive one just last longer but otherwise they were identical. I wanted as much battery life as possible so I got 2 $15 batteries instead of 2 $9 batteries.

I went to set it up after arriving at home and the batteries were much too large for the mod so I took them back and asked to exchange them. He argued with me and lied telling me he showed me the batteries side by side...had he done so I would've noticed and asked him to try the batteries in it before spending $100 on a mod and then another 30 on batteries I couldn't use. They even refused to exchange them for the same price. So I got ripped off and now have batteries I have no use for and cant legally sell and...

I’ve been in there and had people treat me like I don’t know what I’m talking about. I go in pretty regularly and see one person constantly working even while helping me, this person cleans and does everything else they don’t have to do. They always work the hardest but tend pull the short end of the stick. They can do nothing wrong and still get in trouble for something they didn’t do. Knowing this person and knowing how great of a person they are it hurts to know that they get treated like this while all the other workers could be doing the same thing and barely get a slap on the wrist. I’ve gone in multiple times and this one worker has always been the one to help me while they’re coworkers sit there and do nothing. This person will constantly stop what they’re doing to help me. Not to mention the last time I went in I was very uncomfortable due to a couple of the guys there talking about murder...

LOVE Red Wing Smoke Shop. I live up in Saint Paul and visit family in Red Wing frequently. None of the shops here in the metro have anywhere near the selection that Red Wing Smoke does!! As a disposable vape / vape juice user, I love the HUGE selection that they have. CBD products are awesome as well... I’d recommend the Shaboinks or the CBD dog treats (obliviously for Fido not yourself) 😅 the employees are awesome, shoutout to Tony, Kaleb, Gabby and Moe for always being on top of it and providing exceptional service.
