As a valued customer with over 100k Pizza Guys Reward points, this is the only location that prevents/limits me from using my points at time of check-out. The original order of 4 large pizzas was confirmed over the phone and the employee acknowledgment of 18k reward points will cover the whole order. After arriving at the store, the order changed and it’s only 1 redemption of 4,500 points per order according to the manager on site per instruction by OWNER. I will have to take my future bulk corporate orders to a new pizza place and will be reviewing my points balance for a refund as customer service is not a priority at this “NEW” location.

Asked for extra sauce got hardly any sauce at all on the pizza. Also paid for a side of marinara and did not receive it. Also was charged $2.50 to add jalapeños to the pizza and there is hardly any on the pizza several slices don't have any and others only have one! I paid $74 for my order and they should be ashamed. Little ceasars has better quality control then this! The bacon cheese rolls are raw dough in the middle!

The vegetarian options are great. I don't know how that impossible artichoke pizza works but it is amazing. The portions are fair for the price and the slices are cut small for easy portioning. The only ding is that the space really is set up as a carry out or delivery restaurant. There is not much space in the customer waiting area but that you see is clean and well maintained.

" Pizza Guys or Calzone life? "

I had a truly disappointing experience at Pizza Guys that I feel compelled to share. When I arrived to pick up my order at the scheduled time, I was informed it would be ready in 5 minutes. While slightly inconvenienced, I thanked the employee and took a seat at a cramped table in their small waiting area, deciding to wait it out since I had walked from home. The lobby setup made it nearly impossible to comfortably sit due to its limited space.

There were only two employees present, and it appeared my order which was a single calzone was the only one in progress. Unfortunately what transpired during my wait was unsettling. The workers were loudly discussing their mistreatment of a previous customer, with one voice so loud and profane that it made me anxious. The irony of their story about refusing to work on an order while chatting, and boasting about being untouchable in their job, was lost on no one. During this time one employee decided to leave for a drink and requested an Arizona.

When my order was finally handed to me, the employee avoided eye contact and seemed eager to dismiss me, barely managing a "Have a goodnight" before turning away. My disappointment only grew when I got home. The calzone was overloaded with cheese I hadn't requested, missing ingredients I had selected, and the grease level was so high it rendered the meal nearly inedible. The pepperoni was cold, as if taken straight from the fridge, and the chicken was somehow cold inside despite the bread and cheese being warm. I couldn't even finish it.

Additionally, their attitude towards customers suspected of being there for Uber or DoorDash pickups was unnecessarily hostile. On a previous visit, I was denied my order because I didn't have a confirmation ID for a "guest" online purchase, a result of the restaurant operating under two names but serving the same menu.

I wouldn't have left a negative review if I could have at least enjoyed my order. Had I enjoyed my order, I'd be too full to leave a review.

This level of service and food quality is unacceptable, and I feel compelled to advise others to steer clear...

First I want to point out that I have never had a bad pizza from this place. We were excited to see this place going in because it's right in our neighborhood. The problem I have encountered here is the staff. I have ordered from here multiple times and usually have some type of issue with my order when I go in. My sister has experienced the same thing on more than one occasion. And the staff is not very helpful when there is an issue. The final straw for me was two days ago when we placed our order. The website takes you to Slice to place an online order. So it is through a third party. We ordered pizza, cheese and bacon rolls and some ranch. At pick up we were told they didn't have an order for us. Then they argued that we ordered a salad and the rolls. Then it was someone picked up our order. They wouldn't look at our receipt or make any attempt to fix the issue.even though our receipt clearly states pick up, when Slice called to see what happened they told the rep someone picked up our order to deliver it. Why not just say we accidentally gave someone your pizza let us fix our mistake instead of arguing and not...

My order was really late through doordash but the issue wasn’t on my dasher. Customers shouldn’t face a delay because you can’t inform the dasher in your lobby about random policy changes that didn’t exist. Especially if the dashers a regular one. Just tell them while they sit in your lobby instead of waiting till the foods done. My order was already running late, and then it faced even more delay over
. A bag policy that wasn’t enforced prior? Why not tell them while there in your lobby for almost 20 minutes waiting without a bag? Just felt like a really unnecessary delay over such a minor minor thing. Just communicate to your drivers so customers don’t have to wait and preferably not till the foods done if they are in your lobby for 15+ minutes especially if your already running late getting it out. Just...
