Shasta Pizza — Restaurant in Redding

The owner of the store refuse my service as a delivery or customer. At her store because I didn't remember the specials they had to offer. When I did ask for a pizza and a breadstick and forgot to ask for the 2-liter she told me that I did this to her every time and I need to remember the specials they have. I explained to her that I thought it was her job to offer the specials when customers called to order and she got super disrespectful with me and started arguing with me so I told her that I would just call another Pizza company. I tried to call back 5 or 6 days later and the owner of this Pizza company put me on a do not serve list?!!!!! I've never had this type of customer service in my life I've been going to this pizza place since I was 12 I grew up in the Park view area!!!? Do not go to this pizza place and do not order from them they're rude and have terrible customer and you better remember the specials in the deals because they get mad when you don't and then refuse to serve you!!!! Good pizza if you want it with rude service and disrespectful remarks and an argument...

I made the mistake of assuming the pizza place in Shasta Lake would be happy for my six large pizza order delivered to Bridge Bay. I was wrong. As I was trying to feed a rehearsal dinner I was feeling a bit panicked. Thank God I called Shasta Pizza! They actually cared about my situation and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great dinner. I had them pick which pizzas to send and everyone of them was fantastic. They sent salads too, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Not only did they get me out of a bad situation, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. I recently ordered lunch from Shasta Pizza Company and I couldn’t be happier! I tried their medium pizza called "The Mountain," and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were fantastic, and it was definitely worth the $30.

What really impressed me was the attention to detail—without even asking, they included ranch, peppers, and Parmesan, which added a nice touch to my meal. The staff was friendly both over the phone and in person, making the whole experience even better. Plus, my delivery arrived in just 20 minutes!
